Location
Access Road Conditions: Pull through is marked as yes but it is more like a very large "turnaround" which is viewable on the posted photo. There is a small dip to get off the main road onto the parking area but that shouldn't be an issue as cars and trucks can easily go over this dip; just something to be aware of. Since the parking area is on dirt be mindful of this during wet rainy weather. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: There is over 100 linear feet available in the front of the property for parking RVs, tow vehicles, turnarounds. This area is on dirt.

We needed some town time to run errands, resupply, and such. The host was very helpful letting us know what was where in Clovis and the property is beautiful, quiet, on the edge of town, and still very close to all the places we needed to visit. Thank you!
