I live in a big Victorian house in Loveland Colorado, close to downtown. At one time this place was a Tea House. At that time they put in 8 parking spaces in the back alley behind my place. I don't use them and thought a boondocker that was passing through might be able to use them for a night or two. The trailer in the photos is no longer there the parking lot is wide open Suggested Local Attractions: This is Colorado there are lots of attractions. I am 2 blocks south of highway 34 that leads to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. Sprouts is 2 blocks away and I am within walking distance to Lake Loveland and lots of dining opportunities. Benson Gardens sculpture park is worth seeing.

Location
Access Road Conditions: The area is flat, however there is a dip coming in off of the street into my back parking area. You have to take it at an angle to avoid scraping. this is the reason I limit the size of RV's that can stay here. Otherwise I don't care about the size. I can only offer an open asphalt parking area. There is no grass. My place was a restaurant at one time and they paved 8 parking spots behind my house that I don't use. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: You can park off street with your RV and Tow vehicle if needed. Some generator use is fine. This is a residential neighborhood and I don't want to have a generator running for hours disturbing the neighbors.

Home Town: Loveland, CO (1 hour north of Denver, 45 minutes east of Rocky Mountain National Park) Favorite Boondocking Locations: I plan on boondocking in Colorado, Utah and Arizona

This was a great stay for us. We have 22 ft Roadtrek. parking might be issue for larger rigs, perfect for us. The care and extra kindness of the hosts was terrific.Loveland is a special town, sculpture, restaurants and this Harvest Host site make it worth the visit.

We missed the alley to the back parking spaces the first time but recognized it the next go 'round. Spacious, flat area to set up once you get past the dip in the entryway we were warned about. Good nights rest. Daryl (the host) was gracious and helpful, we thoroughly enjoyed visiting with him. Hope to stop here again.

Great place to stay. Daryl was very helpful and great to have conversation with. It was perfect place to basecamp going to Rocky Mountain National Park. Parking was adequate and level so we didn't have to disconnect the jeep. We will be back again!
