Pretty standard, quiet, fenced-in backyard grassy space, easily accessible for smaller Class B rigs. This location is within walking distance to all of St. Pete, but specifically the Grand Central District and Warehouse Arts District (which are the best areas in my opinion). We have a brand new rapid bus system and it will take you all the way to the pier (downtown) or to St. Pete Beach. The Pinellas Bike Trail is a few blocks over. Ft. Desoto is 15-min drive. Loads of bars, parks, restaurants, breweries, cafes and artistic shops nearby.

House Rules
Don’t arrive before 9 am. No dogs (too many stray cats), no children, no generators, nothing obnoxious or loud after dark.
Location
There is a double gate access via an alleyway behind my house. There is an open lot next to a church that is available to allow easy access through the gate. Your vessel should fit snugly against the fence in the backyard. If you need to detach your vehicle you may do so and utilize any of the ample street parking nearby or in the front of my house.

I’ve done a lot of RV trips in the past, and did some Boondocking. It was a great experience. I’m not traveling extensively at the moment, but I can offer some space and some traveling suggestions, especially around Florida. It’s a very safe, fenced-in backyard within the city limits of St. Pete that can accommodate smaller rigs. There are no frills. It’s just a patch of grass next to an avocado tree. There is a hose you can use and avocados (when in season). This is a walkable neighborhood with access to all of St. Pete and the bike trail. There is a bus station nearby that can take you wherever you want to go. There’s bikes to rent everywhere. It’s a 7-min drive downtown. Just a few blocks to Central Ave. where all the cool stuff is. I mostly work at home so I’m generally around if you need anything or to play host if I’m/you’re in the mood for that. When I’m not working I’m either doing home projects around the house. I’m typically having a few drinks, cooking dinner and listening to music in the evenings. I have a ten-year-old little terrier pooch named Boudreaux—and a couple cats somewhere. They’re great pets and they all do their own thing in the backyard. Also close to the beaches. Ft. Desoto beach is amazing and It is about 15 minutes away. You may dump your tanks for free at the campground there but the office appreciates a donation. Please communicate about arrival times. Slide outs may be used depending on size of rig. NO children, NO generators, unless whisper quiet and only for brief use.
