Hi, we've been guests of BW hosts across the country and found it a great experience, so decided to offer our home as a host location as well. We have full hookup with 30A service and continuous dump hookup for a back-in driveway spot on a quiet residential street. We're in a safe neighborhood within a couple miles of Delray Beach’s beautiful nearly mile long beachfront. Also close to I95, many services, and Delray Beach’s bustling downtown restaurant and nightlife scene if you’re looking for that. Approximately 25 miles north of Fort Lauderdale, 50 miles north of Miami, and 90 miles north of Key Largo – the gateway to the beautiful Florida Keys. Our host vehicles will be parked in the driveway next to your RV and we will likely be home during some of your stay, coming and going at times, which won't bother us if it doesn't bother you. If you have an RV longer than 26’ or so, a toad or a tow vehicle depending on it's size may need to be parked in the street in front of our house, which also is not a problem.

For the most part just adhere to the BW Code of Conduct that you agreed to. To get you set-up in our driveway would be best if we’re here (if you're uncomfortable backing in I can assist). We typically don’t schedule back-back stays (except around holidays) so generally any daytime arrival from late morning on or departure time to late afternoon is ok, we can discuss. Be respectful and kind to us, our neighbors, and our property. If your dog is a barker please don't let him bark continuously. And appreciate not leaving him/her in your RV very long when you are not there. Also, all dogs must be on a leash when outside your RV regardless of how well trained they may be. Please no smoking if the wind is going to blow smoke toward our house, no illegal drugs, please keep alcoholic beverages inside your rig. Plan for city water pressure of around 60psi.

Access is on city streets with one roundabout and one speed hump on the most direct route in from the freeway (~1 mile).

The hosts are absolutely awesome, helped with hookup, and offered blocking to level the motor home. Had info about the area and were willing to help in any way possible.

We really enjoyed staying with this host. Nice little spot in the drive with full hook ups. Hosts have great information on the area as well. Would highly recommend.

So personable and very communicative. Very helpful there neighborhood and amenities they provide are top notch. Beautiful beach just 2 miles away. Highly suggest if anyone wants to be by the beach for a day or two.
