We are a family farm with very easy access from Highway 401. Lots of room for RV's on grassed area by the storage barn. No direct water hook up, but a place to fill up your water is available. Seasonal Site only, not suitable for winter Suggested Local Attractions:Rondeau Provincial Park on Lake Erie- South Ridgetown Campus, University of Guelph Uncle Tom's Cabin Historic site - North

This is a working farm. There will be occasions when farm machinery is onsite or working in adjacent fields. The main laneway must be kept clear. RV's park on grass to the south of the laneway. Prefer no smoking Please comment on boondockers welcome about your stay

grain & oilseed farm, empty nesters, Details: Ken and Sue McLarty are partners in the family farm growing corn, soybeans and wheat. They are both involved as volunteers in their community. They look forward to meeting others who travel in their home away from home Home Town: The nearest town is Ridgetown, a community located in south-east Chatham-Kent, Ontario, Canada. It is home to the University of Guelph's Ridgetown Campus. It has a population of roughly 3,000. The town motto is, "agriculture at it's best" The climate is mild, being moderated by Lake Erie which is ten kms to the south. Summer days can be hot and humid. Skills or Expertise to Share: As a farmer Ken is very handy with many repairs.

So friendly easy going folks, with a perfect spot to offer a spot for Boondockers. With the Provincial Parks always full Kens place was a perfect alternative for us to bike and kayak in the area. Thanks again hopefully we can get back soon.

Ken was great and guided me to the right spot after gps gave address on other side of the road. Google thinks the place is where the mailbox is haha.
