Our home is located in a typical suburban neighborhood. We do have the luxury of a six-acre lot that abuts an abandoned ski hill of 100+ acres along with walking trails. Kid and pet-friendly. Our main Boondocker Parking location is next to our garage on the level pavement where you will find power (30A RV Plug) and water (hose) available. You will experience the sounds of a typically busy side road. However, the road noise significantly diminishes after dark. There are additional areas to park your camper in the back near the old farm road to the back acreage. Also a firepit with firewood, seating, as well as a picnic table and umbrella. Easy access to services & restaurants in Rochester and Dover, as well as the seacoast area of NH & Maine. Just one mile off of the Spaulding Turnpike (Route 16N) at Exit 12.

What an incredible stop this was! It’s hard to know where to start in describing this stay, because everything about it was like something from a dream. The general location is incredibly convenient—tons of shopping, restaurants and laundry, as well as parks and hikes and beaches nearby. The precise location —the incredible spot provided by the warm and welcoming hosts is fantastic!! Easy in and out, easy access to water and electric. Surrounded by trees and trails and birds ❤️ The hosts are tremendously welcoming and even helped us get a leaky tire fixed! We enjoyed our time getting to know them (and their delicious blueberry muffins) SO MUCH! Can’t recommend or thank these hosts enough for such a heartening stay.

Karen and Michael were wonderful hosts. They gave us ideas of places to see, and showed us RV projects that help them. We had a nice walk in their woods. The parking location was easy to get into. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a place in that area.

Awesome hosts, literally rolled out a welcome mat when we arrived. Offered electricity and water, level enough parking. Explored the woods behind the house on our own, then guided by our gracious hosts. Nice little brewery and diner about a half mile away.

Our overnight stay at Michael and Karen's was perfect. She provided us with chairs and an outdoor rug to use while we were there. We woke up to a flat tire and they went out of their way to provide us with the necessary tools to get us back on the road. The parking pad was nice and level and water and electric were easy to access. As a parting gift Michael gave us a home grown heritage tomato from his garden, delicious!! We would stay again if passing through!
