Our home is located in a typical suburban neighborhood. We do have the luxury of a six-acre lot which abuts an abandoned ski hill of 100+ acres along with walking trails. Kid and pet friendly. Our camper parking is simply any level area in the back yard or on the old farm road to the back acres. Power and water (hose) are available if you park nearer to the garage (30A RV Plug). Near the garage you will have typical city road noise. Easy access to services & restaurants in Rochester and Dover, as well as the seacoast area of NH & Maine. Just one mile off of the Spaulding Turnpike (Route 16N) at exit 12.

I would have written sooner but have had problems connecting. Mike met me on the street to show me our parking spot. We walked it then backed in and he helped me set up. A very nice place close to everything we needed. A very friendly, courteous couple. Would definitely stay there if ever in the area again. In the city but no city noise

The site was easy to access and 30 amp power was provided. The hosts were friendly and interesting to talk with. There is a wooded trail on the property. It is a nice, safe location. Quiet and peaceful. I will definitely request this location again. Very grateful that Michael and Karen welcomed me to their BW site.

My wife, me, and our two dogs stayed at Mike & Karen’s place. The property has a few well organized easy to follow trails. During our stay at their place we had very nice chats with Mike and Karen during which they provided us with plenty of useful information about the nearby places that we could go to visit. They also invited us to pick cherries from their garden, which we found to be a very nice gesture of kindness and hospitality. This was a truly awesome experience so we’d definitely stop at Mike and Karen’s place again!

Mike and Karen were really gracious and welcoming. Their lovely property was a perfect place to spend a comfortable night. They invited us to pick blueberries from their bountiful bushes, gave us a nice tour of their property, and we thoroughly enjoyed great conversation!

We've now stayed at several places on our trip. However, none has been anywhere close to as amazing as this place, and this is all due to the generosity and kindness of the Mike and Karen! I'm not going to go into all of the details of why this place is a must to stop at if you are anywhere nearby, but believe us this is an amazing place to stay at. There is tons of room to explore around. Our 6 kids spent hours playing and interacting with both Mike and Karen. They have both made this place feel like home! This will be the first time our kids have been truely sad to leave and even would like to come back and visit again! Thank you so much Mike and Karen for such a wonderful time!
