Located about halfway between Las Vegas and Mesquite Nevada. A large area for RV parking. Fairly quiet location. 11 Miles from Interstate 15, and 15 miles from Highway 93. We are located about 40 miles from the Valley of Fire State Park. If you have never been there, do yourself a favor and go, it is absolutely beautiful. Off road vehicles are permitted, there is plenty of BLM land around to go riding. The area directly across the street is not available for riding as it is privately owned. You should be able to ride on the road here and be ok to get to where you are going. It is an ATV friendly community. Smoking tobacco and vaping is fine. Please pick up your mess and just use common sense. You are allowed to grill, but please be careful of any hot ashes or embers. We can provide up to 15A/20A service out in the back of the property. You should be able to run 1 AC on this. You will need to set your Fridge to Propane, it WILL NOT run an AC and a fridge. If you have any questions, please ask, I tried to be clear. Generators are also fine to use 24/7.

House Rules

Common Sense. We are pretty easy going, but please follow the rules. NO LITTERING - We have trash receptacles near the house, you are free to use them. Smoking tobacco is ok, but don't make a mess. NO FIRES - We do not allow fires at this time, we are in the process of putting a fire area in. You are allowed to grill however. Generators are ok to use - If it is very loud we may ask that you do not use it at night. It could disturb the neighbors.

Location

Location driveway is next to the house, please do not pull in right at the house. It is just down the hill. If you need help we can guide you in. There is a dip at the end of the driveway, but you should be ok getting in, just go slow and check.

Friendly host who has a great place with large level parking area. We arrived just after sunset but it was still easy to find. We enjoyed chatting with the hosts in the morning.

we arrived about an hour before sundown, got ourselves set up with our hosts, help in showing us where to park and find what we needed. It was a good place to stay nice and quiet.

My hosts were extremely welcoming, communicative and responsive, I had a great stay and checked out Valley of Fire while I was there. Highly recommend!

Nice Boondockers Welcome site which is close to both Valley of Fire State Park and Las Vegas. Michele came out to greet us and give us the lowdown on the local area. The entrance is a bit of a challenge as it is on a fairly steep hill. The site(s) are on a large gravel area in front of and on either side of their shop. They can run an extension cord out from the shop to provide a 15 amp electrical service. The view across the valley is gorgeous.
