Located about halfway between Las Vegas and Mesquite Nevada. A large area for RV parking. Fairly quiet location. 11 Miles from Interstate 15, and 15 miles from Highway 93. We are located about 40 miles from the Valley of Fire State Park. If you have never been there, do yourself a favor and go, it is absolutely beautiful. Off road vehicles are permitted, there is plenty of BLM land around to go riding. The area directly across the street is not available for riding as it is privately owned. You should be able to ride on the road here and be ok to get to where you are going. It is an ATV friendly community. Smoking tobacco and vaping is fine. Please pick up your mess and just use common sense. You are allowed to grill, but please be careful of any hot ashes or embers. We can provide up to 15A/20A service out in the back of the property. You should be able to run 1 AC on this. You will need to set your Fridge to Propane, it WILL NOT run an AC and a fridge. If you have any questions, please ask, I tried to be clear. Generators are also fine to use 24/7.

House Rules

Common Sense. We are pretty easy going, but please follow the rules. NO LITTERING - We have trash receptacles near the house, you are free to use them. Smoking tobacco is ok, but don't make a mess. NO FIRES - We do not allow fires at this time, we are in the process of putting a fire area in. You are allowed to grill however. Generators are ok to use - If it is very loud we may ask that you do not use it at night. It could disturb the neighbors.

Location

Location driveway is next to the house, please do not pull in right at the house. It is just down the hill. If you need help we can guide you in. There is a dip at the end of the driveway, but you should be ok getting in, just go slow and check.

Great place away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The hosts are friendly and Michelle was there to greet me upon arrival. She showed me my parking options and where to plug in for 15A power. Was perfect for my 2 night stay in mid-March. No problem maneuvering my 43' class A with toad. I would stay here again. Note: The parking area was adequate but I'll only give parking 5 stars for locations that are paved/poured.

Michelle and Mike were excellent! Stay for 5 nights and were able to visit Zion NP for awhile. They were very hospitable and some great conversations were had. Thank you so much, will most definitely stop again if in the area!

Quiet, safe, and beautiful surroundings. We entered from the North and overshot the entrance (not marked). Had to travel back around a 4-mile loop to attempt a 2nd try. No biggie. Once on the property, not much room to turn around in a 40' MH w/tow. Had to disconnect which we prefer not to do for a one-night stay. Overall, we were happy with the stay and ecstatic with the view. The hosts were onsite and available to help.
