Located about halfway between Las Vegas and Mesquite Nevada. A large area for RV parking. Fairly quiet location. 11 Miles from Interstate 15, and 15 miles from Highway 93. We are located about 40 miles from the Valley of Fire State Park. If you have never been there, do yourself a favor and go, it is absolutely beautiful. Off road vehicles are permitted, there is plenty of BLM land around to go riding. The area directly across the street is not available for riding as it is privately owned. You should be able to ride on the road here and be ok to get to where you are going. It is an ATV friendly community. Smoking tobacco and vaping is fine. Please pick up your mess and just use common sense. You are allowed to grill, but please be careful of any hot ashes or embers. We can provide up to 30A/50A service. If you want 30/50A, you WILL need an extension cord to reach the hookup. Standard length cords will not reach. There is only one 30/50A available, first come first serve. We also can provide 2-15A service out in the back of the property. You should be able to run 1 AC on this. You will need to set your Fridge to Propane, it WILL NOT run an AC and a fridge. If you have any questions, please ask, I tried to be clear. Generators are also fine to use 24/7.

House Rules

Common Sense. We are pretty easy going, but please follow the rules. NO LITTERING - We have trash receptacles near the house, you are free to use them. Smoking tobacco is ok, but don't make a mess. NO FIRES - We do not allow fires at this time, we are in the process of putting a fire area in. You are allowed to grill however. Generators are ok to use - If it is very loud we may ask that you do not use it at night. It could disturb the neighbors.

Location

Location driveway is next to the house, please do not pull in right at the house. It is just down the hill. If you need help we can guide you in. There is a dip at the end of the driveway, but you should be ok getting in, just go slow and check.

When we arrived, they had other guests. We were greeted by Michelle, who directed us where to park. We were next to an out building that provided so.e afternoon shade. We had 20amp hookup that was enough to run our A/C. It was quiet except for the roosters in the morning.

Many thanks for letting us stay at your home. M &M had a nice property for us to stay. It offered us a chance to visit the area and get caught up on housekeeping chores. They were busy with work but we did get a chance to chat a bit and we always enjoy that. T Thankfully they had power for us because it was quite hot and that AC was soooo appreciated. We would definately stay here again.

Enjoyed a nice 3 day rest at Moapa Rest Stop. Lovely views. Plenty of room for my rig and two other large 5th wheels. Short drive to Valley of Fire state park, beautiful! I highly recommend, but do go early as it does get very hot this time of year. Michelle and Michael were very nice. Thank you for your hospitality!
