Steep driveway will accommodate your rig IF you can manage an 11% grade. For reference, we had our 2023 Grey Wolf lifted 6” and now we can back in with ease. Electric 30 and 50 amp coming soon. For the time being, we have regular electricity. Water available ( March through November). No sewer available. Pets welcome.

No loud generators allowed. No parties. No loud noise. Loud people will be required to leave. No barking dogs.
Location
This is a residential street. Large vehicles will have to work to fit into the driveway. There is a drive on either side of the house. It is preferred, Boondockers park on the East side of house in the driveway. You will be able to park yourself within a 6 foot privacy fenced yard area. We have cameras for security. If you don't have internet, it can be provided. Stays longer than overnight can be approved upon request.

We are new RVers. LGBTQIA friendly. We love traveling the U.S. We are dog friendly. Owners must pick up after their dogs. This is a residential neighborhood so no parties or loud people. Max stay is 1 week. If you are loud, you will be made to leave without a refund. You can plug in to the regular electricity (no air conditioner). In the warmer months, you can hook up to the hose. No dumping.
