Lived in a fifth wheel for 13 years until it’s destruction by hurricane IAN. Now on the road with our new 30’ grand design. We do have a skill set of repair. GAIL a former LPN. Myself a maintenance technician for GE. Looking forward to a new adventure. Our little guy is joy to all he meets.

Very easy to set-up. large yard to make a u-turn. We didn't have time to do a fire, but they had it all set up to start a fire. Will stop again if we come to this area.

We are so glad to have been the first boondockers to stay here. Our hosts were out-of-town so we didn't get to meet them but they were very prompt with communications and their daughter was able to assist us with anything we needed for our 2-nt stay. Recent rains had left their yard soaked so we were able to just park in the driveway making parking easy and an electrical connection was nearby for us. We had a great time exploring the area and visiting the lighthouse and Civil War prison cematary on Johnson Island. This location is a perfect jump-off point for exploring the nearby islands by ferry. Dinner at the nearby Crow's Nest was great, thanks for the tip!
