🏳️‍🌈 I was a full-time RVer for years. After I recently purchased a small home near downtown Tucson, I'd like to open up my space to fellow RVers! I'm consistently updating the property for amenities, but at the moment, I do not have an on-site dump available. I'm 10 minutes to anything, including a 10 minute walk to the best dog parks and city parks in town! Easily bikeable to downtown, the university, or anything else you could want to visit. Suggested Local Attractions:Reid Park, The Loop bike ride to 4th Avenue Historic District, Saguaro National Park, Sabino Canyon

House Rules

1. It's a quiet, laid back neighborhood. No generators at any time. 2. No smoking outside your rig. 3. No more than 4 guests (including children). 4. I prefer solos or couples, as I have a large dog who gets nervous around high-energy kids. 5. I work from home during the day, so please text me before knocking on the door to avoid my dog barking. 6. Masks on my property if you are not in your car or your rig and we may be in proximity. Social distancing in the neighborhood out of respect for my neighbors. In your initial stay request, state that you are willing to abide by these COVID-specific requests to protect me, my community and yourselves. This also applies to vaccinated guests. I will not accept a stay if a potential guest has not explicitly stated that they accept the COVID-specific requests.

Didn't get to see each other as the weather was rainy and cold. But the host was very accommodating with great communication. Would stay there again. Thanks for the stay

With the unexpected cold snap in the southwest, we decided to stay north a few extra days and were delighted to return to this great location for a second time in a week. We had the opportunity to chat more with Keri this time and could have talked for hours. She’s well traveled, generous in sharing information and so friendly. We took her up on her recommendation to check out the historic 4th Ave and have tacos at Boca.We weren’t disappointed and a stroll down the avenue was perfect to settle our delicious meal and explore the cute artisan shops and beautiful, eclectic murals. Her neighborhood is a birder's mecca.. We spotted vermillion flycatchers, Cassin’s sparrow, mourning and white winged doves, a nesting Merlin across the street, and Anna’s hummingbirds. Of the 50ish HH and BW we’ve stayed at over the years, this is one of our favorites.

The parking space was level and had plenty of space. The available amenities exceeded our needs. Nice spot in a quiet neighborhood.

Keri is such a gracious host. Sadly, we didn’t get much of a chance to chat with her in person other than at arrival and departure since she works from home but she clearly communicated through text messages. Her property is ideally located for all the town chores we had to do. Costco, Safeway, Petco, Camping World, laundry and post office were conveniently located and easy to get to. Our class B van fit nicely in a level and fenced off area that allowed our pooches to wander safely. She offered 15 and 30 amp, wifi code, water, trash and recycling. She allowed us a leisurely departure time and we took advantage by doing a nice loop around the nearby Glen C Reid park, zoo, Wildcat baseball stadium and golf course a couple of times for an easy 4 mile walk. We even saw a life lister- a stunning vermilion flycatcher. Highly recommend this host and location.

If you are visiting Tucson this is a wonderful location. Easy to get to and plenty of room for parking. The availability of electricity was an added bonus. Keri was a perfect hostess and communication was clear and timely.
