House Rules
1. It's a quiet, laid back neighborhood. No generators at any time. 2. No smoking outside your rig. 3. No more than 4 guests (including children). 4. I prefer solos or couples, as I have a large dog who gets nervous around high-energy kids. 5. I work from home during the day, so please text me before knocking on the door to avoid my dog barking. 6. Masks on my property if you are not in your car or your rig and we may be in proximity. Social distancing in the neighborhood out of respect for my neighbors. In your initial stay request, state that you are willing to abide by these COVID-specific requests to protect me, my community and yourselves. This also applies to vaccinated guests. I will not accept a stay if a potential guest has not explicitly stated that they accept the COVID-specific requests.

We felt very fortunate to stay at Keri's place. She provides you with a fenced in spot, that has all the amenities like water and electric. We could not have asked for more. Thank you so much Keri! Appreciate your hospitality!

I stayed for 1 night at this hosts property. It was a nice area and easy to back into the driveway. The host was gracious and helpful. The area was quiet during the night and close to a local park. Grateful I was accepted and would return again.

This was our first stay with a BW host and it was great. We stayed two nights. Our host was very friendly and welcomed us upon arrival. We were offered water and electric hook up. The communication before and during our stay was excellent. The neighborhood is very quiet. There was the occasional distant noise of trains, which we could hear during the night, though. But that did really bother us. The drive way is long, level and easy to get in and out. Thank you again for a great stay, we really enjoyed it.
