we are in montpellier quebec on lac schyer which is a small lake perfect for kayak etc 5 kms around.at 1hr 15 to ottawa and 1 hr to mont tremblant there are many things to see and do.Its a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the view

You will make fast friends with Mikeham and family. We had such a wonderful stay, they made us feel very welcome, almost like part of the family. Great conversations, fun to be with. We are so looking forward to visiting again sometime in the future.

Wow just doesn't do justice for our wonderful stay, and it was certainly difficult to leave. Mike and Lorraine are wonderful hosts, very accommodating and social. We went for a couple of rides on their recently built motorized dock, as well as refreshing dips in the lake. We'll definitely look you up next time in the area. Thank you so very much!

L & M nous ont accueillis tout comme si nous étions des amis de longue date! Leur site est enchanteur. Nous avons eu l’opportunité de souper au bord du lac, sur leur tout nouveau quai-ponton. Nos hôtes avaient même téléphoner au huard du village pour qu’il vienne agrémenter notre moment. Le huard est passé. Ce fut féerique! À notre départ, nous avons encouragé le Marché Faubert, dont la tourtière nous avait été chaudement recommandée par L. Bien hâte d’y goûter. Il s’agit donc d’un lieu de boondocking fabuleux, que nous recommandons avec conviction! Merci encore L & M!

Our host provided us a spot in the backyard with a view to the beautiful lake. We visited Lac Simon but we were more impressed with their area Montpelier! Talk about nice view, ss you really SEE the lake. L & M gave us a ride on their newly built floating deck (with motor) platform/lake taxi. They were so nice that they gave a neighbor a ride to their dock! WoW
