Important things to note: This is a quiet residential neighborhood fairly close to I35 (E & W). Water hookup is limited by season; outdoor access is only available approx. mid-March to mid-October (weather pending). Be prepared for alternatives. There is a community dump station within 5 miles of my home. Suggested Local Attractions:Within 10-25 minutes drive from home you can access the Mall of America, Valley Fair Amusement park, Canterbury Park (seasonal horse racing, etc.), Renaissance Fair (seasonal), Apple Valley Aquatic Center/ Water park, Mystic Lake Casino, local Apple Orchards and Farm markets. There are also several local lakes for swimming and very nice golf courses in the area. We are en route to Minnesota's infamous North Shore / Boundary Waters, etc., and a vast array of state parks and forests for exploring in Minnesota.

We did not interact with our host in-person, but they were responsive via message and everything was as described. There is a slight slope to the driveway, and it is a pretty typical suburban neighborhood, so we opted to cook indoors so as to not draw attention to our presence. Overall, a quiet, safe spot!

Our hostess and her puppy, Journey, were wonderful hosts and made us immediately feel like it was our own driveway! We were close enough to the cities to attend the funeral we were there for but far enough away to quickly "get outta Dodge" the next day. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area.

Great communication and although we didn’t meet I felt like I was in a friends driveway. Quiet neighborhood, walked the dogs many times around the block. I did need to level my 24ft RV, bit of an incline to drive. Great location close to airport. Thanks again!

Easy and efficient communication per messaging with an otherwise very disrete host. Easy acces to an (almost) level driveway in a beautiful and well maintained neighborhood. We were even invited to the private backyard with rock garden and waterfall. Very pleasant stay!

Really enjoyed my quiet stay here. Across the street from a wheat field. Level ground, full hooks-ups and plenty of space for my truck and camper. Great communication and a very sweet hostess who met me on arrival. We chatted for a bit and she was just a lovely human being. I got a great night sleep and would stay here again if I ever pass through.
