Location
Access Road Conditions: Our road is 1/2 mi. of gravel. Our driveway is 800 feet of asphalt. We have a turnaround at the house, so you won't have to back out. We can't accommodate Class A motorhomes, due to cracks caused by a heavy older Class A on our asphalt driveway. Also because of some low hanging branches along the driveway, (which we don't have a lot of control over because it is an easement across the neighbor's property), 5th wheels will have a hard time missing the branches, so not recommended.

Retired couple who like to travel in the fall to see our beautiful country. Details: I am a retired Microbiologist and husband owned a commercial cleaning business. We have been travelling the U.S in the fall and plan to do so every year. Other than that, we like to get out of the cold in the winter, so we usually rent a place in Florida. Spring and summer are spent here in Michigan. My children and grandchildren live nearby, so when we are home, I babysit a day or two a week. Life is good! Home Town: We live a few miles south of Ann Arbor, Mi. Ann Arbor is a great college town with lots of things to do and see. Lots of great restaurants with outdoor seating in summer. Home to the Ann Arbor Art Fair which is highly visited for quality art and jewelry. Saline is home to the Celtic Festival in July. Favorite Boondocking Locations: We have stayed with a few boondockers welcome members and they were great people! We also did some boondocking in Utah amongst the beautiful red stone cliffs. And a few Walmart and Truck stop parking! Skills or Expertise to Share: I like to garden and can, but have slowed down the last few years. I also like to sew and quilt. Husband likes to putz around in the garage.

Miss Prim's is now at the top of my favorite Boondockers list! You will not find nicer hosts than Sally and Dave, who entertained with front porch conversation and welcomed me and Rosie (the Yorkie Poo) to their beautiful rural setting. The parking pad was perfectly level and they also provided 15A power from the house. I highly recommend to anyone traveling through Eastern Michigan to consider their home as a stop.

The residential neighborhood is gorgeous. It was nice to walk on the country roads after a long travel day. Hosts were responsive even though they weren’t home. concrete pad was great, fairly level. Neighbors were very friendly. Easy off the highway on the way to the UP.

“Miss Prim” and her husband are wonderful hosts and their yard is a beautiful spot to spend a bit of time. She responded quickly to our request. We were very pleased to be able to spend three days so we could visit Ann Arbor and the Ford Museum. We specificaly apprecied their helping us find local spots of interest (even a place to get very needed hair cuts).
