we stayed 3 nights, every day and night homeless people milled around our area, they were friendly but it made the stay uncomfortable. The railroad is right there as well and the trains going by shook our travel trailer enough that it shifted it and caused it to shake like we were in an earthquake. Would not stay here again. Parking area is easy to access though. Know your route if you choose to go here as many side streets have low large branches that dont allow tall trailer clearance.

Nice and friendly stay unfortunately we had cold weather and left a day early for warm temps.

So here is the thing: I hate to be a Karen, but I felt that an otherwise positive stay was soured by the number of vagrants that hang out closely around the front of the house (where you will be directed to park.) There were cups left on my truck, and they just sit on the park bench and loiter, drink, and smoke for hours. Its a good location and a really nice guy, but I ended up leaving early personally.

brad was great and accomodating and the spot is level. close bike ride to the beach. a lot going on with the railroad being close so there is a bit of noise from that.

centrally located for Long Beach Mississippi Gulf Coast access and quiet neighborhood. Near a railroad track so trains were frequent in the day but nights were fine. We love trains so never an issue.
