This is currently an undeveloped oceanfront lot with a gravel parking area at the front of the property. There is a trail at the back of the cleared areas which will take you through the dunes to the beach. To keep our lives flexible, we do not reserve the property more than two weeks in advance of a stay. The availability calendar is kept up to date, so there is no need to inquire about availability :)

Hi, I had a good communication with Peter. Didn't see him in person but he went out of his way to accommodate us and our dates. Thank you so much.

For our van, the parking was perfectly level and beach access was great. We had a picnic dinner on the sand, and once dark drove to the site for bedtime. Very quiet road as well.

Mostly flat gravel area off the street. Be careful of the drop-off to either side when backing in. Lots of greenery, neighbors to the left and right, but we didn’t see/hear anyone. Quiet spot, you can hear the ocean. If you take the path, it took us almost 30 minutes to reach the water, but we’re old! Easier to access from Second Ave., and you can drive on beach. Ocean Shores, about seven minutes away, has a variety of services. Nice spot, thanks beachbuddies!

The hosts were extremely accommodating! This piece of land is a slice of heaven. The beach is only a short walk away through the wooded area towards the back of the property. It is close enough the hear the waves roaring all night. It was wonderful! I wish we could stay another night. It was awesome! Thank you!

What an incredible Boondockers Welcome site! We could hear the ocean waves crashing against the beach from our camper. Despite the rest of the state having a "heat dome" over it, we were kept constantly cool from the wind currents from the Pacific Ocean. The hike down to the beach via the road is easy and not that long, but you are allowed to drive down and park on the beach if you like. For the more adventurous, take the trail behind your camper. It will lead you through the woods, to the dunes, then the beach. We do much appreciate the generosity of our hosts allowing us to stay here. What an incredibly relaxing stopover.
