Peaceful and spacious spot with rural quiet and charm and a generously accommodating host. Perfect stop on our way in to Edmonton from the Yellowhead.

I pulled into this site just before sunset and was able to park in a flat spot with power. It was a brief but pleasant exchange with the host and he was very accommodating. I would stay here again.

Dana was great! Super welcoming and communicative. The spot he had was next to a well kept lawn which was great for our dog. The sunset was an added bonus!

Sorry so late to write this. We needed more than one night and they accomodated us. Host was friendly and flexible when we told him we would be back late. Would recommend!

Dan is a very welcoming and personable host. The pad for parking is level and is surrounded by green grass with a picnic table. This is a quiet country location, a treat so close to Edmonton. We were able to attend to a number of errands in Sherwood Park where there is a Costco Wholesale with gas station, grocery stores and restaurants galore. We didn't have a chance on this trip but Google says there is a raptor sanctuary down the street which we would have liked to visit. A very comfortable boondocking experience!
