We are retired couple with a love for the outdoors. Details: We enjoy road trips, birdwatching, hiking, skiing, canoeing, woodworking, reading, gardening and meeting new people. Our best trip so far - the Alcan Highway. Home Town: Margaretville is a small town in the western Catskills located halfway between Kingston and Oneonta. It is near NYS Forest Preserve and has many hiking trails nearby. Trout fishing in the East Branch of the Delaware River is very good with the Pepacton Resevoir a location for great Brown Trout fishing. Favorite Boondocking Locations: We like to travel to see family, specifically in the Northeast and Wyoming and Idaho. Skills or Expertise to Share: No real skills, we get by. :)

Great place to stay! Easy stroll to the picturesque downtown area. many antique and craft shops. We had very good a breakfast in the restaurant. Also did some shopping in the well stocked market. Lovely town, lovely hosts. We were fortunate to be there Halloween night and sat on the porch giving out treats to the trick or treaters.

We loved Mike & Becky so much we didn’t want to leave and stayed longer than we planned. Great couple and just can’t want to go back!!!

What an awesome couple! The spot is nice and level and quiet. The short walk into town was delightful and there are some very nice shops. I will definitely come again if they’ll have me!
