Small Quiet Private Farmstead Details: We own a small farm where we raise Angus for beef and horses roam the pastures. Our farm house is 200 years old and was once used as an Equine Bed & Breakfast . In our free time we love to travel and see parts of this big country that we have never ventured into before. When we aren't traveling we are spending time with our family, which consists of nine children and five grand-babies whom most live nearby. Home Town: We live in a small town, about 60 miles west of Washington, D.C. and about 40 miles east of the Shenandoah Valley. Just up the road about 40 miles you'll find the Luray Caverns.

Great host and a very nice place to stay, quiet and peaceful. There is plenty of space and we really enjoyed our stay. The friendly horses running around the pastures, sunsets, sunrise, and stars were the highlight. Jim's place is also located about 40 minutes from Shenandoah National Park.

The sunrise and sunsets and awesome. Plenty of room to set up. We don't live to far away so this is perfect for a quick get away with out burning to much diesel. It's quiet at night and plenty of stars. This place is also close to Magnolia and Narmada wineries which we both love. Although we didn't get to meet the hosts this time, we are looking to visit again in the future. Thanks for letting us stay!

What a dream location to stay: friendly horses, adorable dogs, multiple species of birds, hills around every corner. Then there’s the site: perfectly level, delicious water, safe and serene. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We hope to see you down the road.
