Small Quiet Private Farmstead Details: We own a small farm where we raise Angus for beef and horses roam the pastures. Our farm house is 200 years old and was once used as an Equine Bed & Breakfast . In our free time we love to travel and see parts of this big country that we have never ventured into before. When we aren't traveling we are spending time with our family, which consists of nine children and five grand-babies whom most live nearby. Home Town: We live in a small town, about 60 miles west of Washington, D.C. and about 40 miles east of the Shenandoah Valley. Just up the road about 40 miles you'll find the Luray Caverns.

We truly loved staying at Narrow Gate Farm, Jim was very friendly and helpful answering any questions we had. Parking was large enough for our 42” trailer, very level ground. We were right next to the horses which made my experience even better. We were greeted sweetly by Chilly the resident black lab miix dog, as soon as we were parked she came over with her ball and wanted to play which we enjoyed tremendously. The horses came trotting up to see us and allowed us to pet them. Which again made my day. The sunsets were phenomenal. We will absolutely visit again. Thank you Jim for you awesome hospitality

I had a wonderful time during my stay at Narrow Gate Farm. The VIEW of the farm, sunrises and sunsets were incredible. I had everything I needed including water and electric and playing fetch with the dogs and visiting the horses was a huge bonus. Very peaceful and not too far from Skyline drive and quaint little towns. HIGHLY recommend this stay and I hope to go back
