This is my private property serving as a one group per night camping location in the Hocking Hills. There is a spot close to the road for parking, for ONE overnight free rest stop. If there are no other guests in the valley, you may park in the valley with electric hookup. Please call first. This is the Hocking Hills, featuring beautiful rock formations that tourists flock to see and hike. This location is only 1.3 miles off of US 33 and is before the road gets curvy, so it's super easy access, close to Lake Logan, Wal-Mart, etc.

Basic country boy, very much a minimalist. I like to share my valley with travelers who need a safe place and comfortable environment for an overnight stay. If you play guitar around campfire, I have a craving to drum my Djembe to campfire music.

near the Hocking Hills attractions, spot is right off road but has a couple large trees between. owner was welcoming/pleasant. site can be difficult to find using Apple maps and house numbers hard to see at 50mph.

This is the halfway point on a route we've been traveling for 35 years. In our younger years we used to travel the 11 hour journey in a single day but now that we have an RV we split the drive so this is just about perfect. The host has at least one spot with an electric hookup on the property. On the night we arrived that was taken so we were allowed to park in another spot which was perfect for our Class B. It was on a grassy side road off a 2-track about 100 yards off the main highway that was pretty quiet all evening long. We arrived at dusk and left early so only had email messaging with our host. We hope to return in the future and hope to meet.

We enjoyed one overnight stay here. Our host was extremely communicative and very willing to help. He greeted us upon arrival, and even had a small fire pit with wood that we were welcomed to use. We parked in the second spot nearest the road, which was very quiet overnight. It felt very private- we enjoyed ourselves here. Great host, and great spot. Much appreciated- would not hesitate to stay again if we were in the area.
