Just built a house on the lot. Actually have a concrete RV pad beside the house. If you have a long extension cord 50 amp plug in available. If you look at all the pics you will see what it is looking like now Oct 2023 -- house almost finished. There are some trails behind the house I hope to mark so people can walk through the woods there. My lot backs up to public owned property and then other lots on the other side. Interesting walk. What I have been told dry cypress trees so it used to be flooded. Opening for stays after Thanksgiving. Also, a short 25 minute drive to Dunnellon where you will find the spring fed Rainbow River which is 72 degrees year . Only 12 minute drive to Crystal River. Nice little town with restaurants. Three Sisters Springs Preserve is Great for viewing Manatees. Nov - March Since I live 3 hrs away and no neighbors I do have cameras on the house .. 3 corners and the garage. I had someone recently take offense to this, so letting you know. Suggested Local Attractions: Very close to the FL Barge Canal and the little sleepy area known as Inglis, FL (3 miles north) A couple family restaurants there and a big Dollar Store and and large family type grocery store. The Withlacoochee Bay Trail paved .. runs along the barge canal to the Gulf of Mexico 5 miles -- so 10 round trip At the head of the trail there is a well kept bathroom house and picnic area and plenty of paved parking . 10 miles south is Crystal River ... boat tours, rentals Also close to the Devils Den, Two Tails Ranch (Elephant rescue), Friends of the Jungle (lab monkey recues) The Elephant and monkey require reservations. Just heard of the Funny Farm Alpaca in Lacanto, FL. Also haven't done this one yet the Dames Cave Trail in Crystal River . Park on the concrete pad. If you connect to power please put you donation in the plastic container under the green plant and the back of the RV pad. Just lift it up. Perhaps put you donation in an envelop or wrap it with your name. Next time I am there I will put baggies there,, sorry. Thanks, as I live 3 hrs away. Appreciate you pick up after your dog...Thanks.

Location

Access Road Conditions: 1 acre lot No trees in the way. I have satellite and can use it there. (DISH) All paved roads getting there. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: I now have a concrete pad beside my house. 50 amp available if you have like a 20 ft extension cord ( I use a 30 amp adaptor myself) The water at the hose does go through my water softener. I would appreciate you connecting your hose to my hose as it is very difficult to wind back.

We found some very fun bike trails nearby, one you can actually bike to along the barge canal!

I stayed a total of four nights and what should be called an excellent site. Host is very gracious although I didn't get to meet him I did speak to him on the phone and everything went perfect. The only thing to keep in mind at this site is the Electrical hook up will be on a passenger side when you back in. So you may need a 25 foot extension cord to go from your Campers utility cord to the house 50 amp outlet.

Merci !! 5*
