Just was down there Mar 18 2022 . I am opening it back for boondockers. Here you will see what is happening before construction started, but there is room right of the house to boondock. It is hard packed, as you can see the current picture with my explorer setting where I would suggest you park. This is a basically undeveloped development.. paved roads with very few houses. 1 acre lots and no houses on the lots on either side . To the south... 2 lots is the closest house. Nothing around but woods. The picture with my RV parked is before I widened the area. You can see it is much wider now. My RV is 31 fto Class C Cell phone usage can be spotty. Verizon seems to work better. I have T-Mobile, sometimes I can even stream Netflix with my phone... sometimes I can not even send a text. Suggested Local Attractions:Very close to the FL Barge Canal and the little sleepy area known as Inglis, FL A couple family restaurants there and a big Dollar Store and and large family type grocery store. The Withlacoochee Bay Trail paved .. runs along the barge canal to the Gulf of Mexico 5 miles -- so 10 round trip At the head of the trail there is a well kept bathroom house and picnic area and plenty of paved parking . 10 miles south is Crystal River ... boat tours, rentals
Vehicle Suitability Information
Separate Tow Vehicle Parking
Construction happening, but you can park to the right of the house where you see my explorer. I don't know when they will be working. If you arrive and they are working just come back a little later. Mornings I would get out of the way by 7 in case workers show up. No fires or smoking on the property
Access Road Conditions: This is a hard pack dirt spot beside of my new house being constructed on a 1 acre lot No trees in the way. I have satellite and can use it there. (DISH) All paved roads getting there. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Once you see the spot you can determine where to park your tow vehicle. Probably best to unhook before pulling onto the lot. You will have plenty of room to park the tow once you have backed into the lot.

Great very secluded spot. Just back into driveway next to new home construction. Saw deer on the road in and lots of tracks around the house. The stars were beautiful its very dark here. Host wasn’t on site but very good communicator. Just minutes from Crystal River. Thanks 🙏 for the spot!!

This was the perfect spot for a short stop over. The property is level and there’s plenty of room. It was easy to find. The host was very kind, accommodating, and communicated well. We are thankful for his hospitality.

A lovely, secluded spot to spend a quiet, peaceful night. The stars were out, as well as the fire flies (or lightning bugs); truly a magical sight!! The host was not on site, but we had good communication:):). Thank you for this opportunity.

Many thanks to the host! JB was so kind in communicating with me on how to get to the site even tho he was unavailable to meet me there. I couldn't be more impressed with his helpfulness and generosity. The spot is perfect for a nice overnight stay along the amazing Florida Gulf Coast. Thanks again JB!
