1.2 acres 1/2 block North of Kingman, Arizona city limits. We are located next to the Cerbat mountains, and just down the road from the Hualapai mountains. This is a "quiet" place, as long as you don't mind the roosters in the morning, and other various livestock sounds from our neighbors throughout the day. We are a couple hours from the Grand Canyon North Rim, and the Grand Canyon Caverns, as well as an hour North of Lake Havasu City and The London Bridge. Laughlin , Nevada is a bit over 30 minutes from here, and Oatman, Arizona about an hour.

Before I retired to Kingman, AZ, my wife & I traveled the country on our HD Roadglide. We settled here, naming our little acre "New Adventures". We like to explore the mountains area in our 4x4 SxS, and venture out with our with our Class C Jayco.

New Adventures is a nice quiet location, unless the odd rooster or occasional donkey braying is upsetting. We had a panoramic mountain view. Easy access and lots of turn around area. Keith and Jamie are nice friendly hosts. Really close to fuel and groceries and the freeway but you wouldn’t know it from their property. We enjoyed our stay and visit and would return if we’re in the are.

Very easy off and on I40. They were friendly and helpful! Their sky is big and perfect for star gazing.

We really enjoyed our stay at New Adventures! Keith was very responsive when texting and accommodating once we arrived. The property was an easy in & out as well as pretty level. We stayed a couple of days and were able to use his electric hookup. There are lots of sites to see as he mentions in his profile. What a great location!

What fantastic hosts Keith & Jamie are, thank you. Their homestead has great views of the Hualiapi & Cerbat mountain ranges, very spacious grounds and very peaceful. They were so kind and let me stay an additional day as my contract in kingman was ending. Gracious hosts who invited me into there home for dinner & wine, such a lovely time was had! My pups really enjoyed running around the gated property as well! Thank you both so much!
