1.2 acres 1/2 block North of Kingman, Arizona city limits. We are located next to the Cerbat mountains, and just down the road from the Hualapai mountains. This is a "quiet" place, as long as you don't mind the roosters in the morning, and other various livestock sounds from our neighbors throughout the day. We are a couple hours from the Grand Canyon North Rim, and the Grand Canyon Caverns, as well as an hour North of Lake Havasu City and The London Bridge. Laughlin , Nevada is a bit over 30 minutes from here, and Oatman, Arizona about an hour.

Before I retired to Kingman, AZ, my wife & I traveled the country on our HD Roadglide. We settled here, naming our little acre "New Adventures". We like to explore the mountains area in our 4x4 SxS, and venture out with our with our Class C Jayco.

Keith and Jackie were wonderful host and responded right away to my request for an overnight stay. Communication was easy by text message or phone. It’s an easy access to the expressway with ample parking and very level, no need for leveling blocks here. Can’t say enough how warm the greeting was from Keith and Jackie. Absolutely enjoyed my stay!

Keith and Jamie were awesome. Super accommodating and nice. It was fun to meet a man with such interesting stories and great advice about the area. We were privilaged to be their 100th boondocker guests. Hope we see them again.

Thanks to Keith and Jamie for an outstanding stay at their home base! Communication was great - Keith even contacted us about impending bad weather so that we would get there early if possible. It was just the restful place we needed, we truly delightful hosts! Thank you for EVERYTHING!!
