Location
Access Road Conditions: We live on a paved suburban street. My driveway is 11' wide with a 14' wide apron. There is public parking on both sides of the street for residents which at times blocks travel trailer swing therefore only small travel trailers, no problem for self contained units. The driveway slope is 1.5 degrees therefore leveling is not necessary to run your fridge. Due to snow removal parking restrictions November 1 to April 1 we are not able to host fellow travelers. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Parking for tow vehicle is on the street.

We booked this location to stay overnight after visiting Niagara Falls. Robert took the time the night before to tell us the best way to visit the falls. He was also kind enough to let us stay in his driveway even though he was leaving to go camping that day. He lives in a quiet neighborhood and our 25’ class C fit just right in his driveway between his house and the neighbor. Perfect for overnight stay!

Bob and Sue are wonderful and welcoming hosts. When we first arrived, Bob was working about the outside and we struck up all sorts of fascinating conversations. He had maps of the area, including Niagara falls and some trails around which he explained and gave recommendations. We had a a fantastic stay here and enjoyed the conversations. Thank you!

Wonderful host and superb location for a quiet nights sleep. Good information provided about the falls from the us side. We saw it from both sides and i preferred the US experience.

This location was the perfect spot for a visit to Niagara Falls. Quiet neighborhood and the location was easy to find. Driveway is almost level, so very comfortable. We didn't meet the hosts, but got in and out with a great night's sleep.

An excellent location with easy access. Bob and Sue were warm and welcoming; very kind, generous people. They had a container of brochures for things to do in the area. Bob recommended a couple of hikes that were awesome and some regional State Parks which I have added to my list. I enjoyed talking with Bob in the backyard. I highly recommend a stay here and will be here again next time I am traveling this way. AAA+
