We are a small ranch on 40 acres conveniently located just northwest of the city of Live Oak. We are a short drive from I-75 and I-10 situated between the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park and Suwannee River State Park. Boondocking is nestled in fairly level old hay fields surrounded by woods and majestic Live Oak trees. You will have access to the 20 acres we don't use for our home and livestock. Feel free to stretch your legs and walk around the property, explore the woods, or have a campfire if conditions permit. We have plenty of free wood stockpiled for your use. You are welcome to bring your dog(s) or other pets. Dogs love having the vast open space to stretch their legs and sniff around. We have some some friendly dogs that stay up at the house. The horse, Apollo, and cows, Meats and Pete, are friendly and enjoy some carrots or apples if you want to share. Local Area Attractions: We are conveniently located near many natural springs and state parks. We are just over an hour to Ocala, Tallahassee and Jacksonville. Some local attractions in alpha order include: Four Freedoms Trail in Madison Hoover Family Farms – locally grown seasonal fruits and vegetables you pick (3 miles south) Little River Springs Madison Blue Spring State Park Mystic Jungle Educational Facility Peacock Springs State Park Falmouth Springs Royal Springs Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park Stephen Foster State Park Suwannee River State Park

This was our first Harvest Host experience and it couldn't have been better. I've NEVER seen a cleaner farm/ranch! Beautiful, quiet, less than 10 minutes from I-10. Jeff and Nicole were super welcoming. Contact before the trip was wonderful! Our first HH stop is a homerun!

Nicole was a gracious hostess and her property has lots of wildlife. She set up a fire pit and wood, chairs and a solar light for us. We would definitely return here!

Perfect spot for a relaxing evening and a good nights sleep. Access and parking was easy. Level spot near fire pit. We took a leisurely walk through the woods. We were greeted by the hostess and made to feel very welcome.

Nicole and her home are awesome. It was so nice to let the dog run around off leash. I only wish we had warmer weather and could have enjoyed a fire with the pit and firewood provided. Parking is in a field, but the ground was hard packed and we had no issues with our 38 foot fifth wheel. Great location. Great people.
