We were just there for one night. Note that to get into the "back yard", it may be a little complicated since you may not know which back yard it is from the road. However, I have a 30' trailer and was easily able to navigate the front entrance. Hosts were very communicative and although I met both their really cute children, I never saw the owners, which isn't necessarily a bad thing! I felt like I was in the country with the sound of the goats and rooster. It was pretty nice. The traffic is loud, but if you are used to staying in RV parks, you get a lot of that anyway depending on where you stay. All in all, we loved the place and since we didn't have time to go to the World Equestrian Center, we will be back....soon!

The host was very pleasant and welcomed us. Communication was prompt via text. We parked our little van under their live oak tree and had fun watching the baby goats and free roaming chickens. The only draw back is the noise from the road. But we still had a pleasant time. The World Equestrian Center is an absolute must see! Minutes away!
