We are an hour drive to uptown Charlotte, NC. Waxhaw, NC is a small town that often has activities on summer weekends. It is a 12 minute drive. Walmart and Home Depot are a 10 minute drive. Suggested Local Attractions:Museum of the Waxhaws Alphabet Museum Andrew Jackson State Park

It truly is off the beaten path, but what a great treasure it was to find! The wall to wall trees on the driveway up seemed as if to transport you into another world. It was a quiet, calming, and relaxing place to be. With a full hookup too, one could want to stay forever. AND with friendly hosts, what more could you ask for? 5 stars for sure!

Off the beaten path was a great stop while visiting family in tye area. We greatly appreciated the use of their hook-ups. Would definitely stay again! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful property!

These hosts were wonderful. Level concrete pad for our 42' long 13'-3" tall 5th wheel. No clearance issues. Felt more like I was visiting an uncle than someone we didn't know. Tornado warning was issued while we were there and we were welcomed in the house to ride out the storm.

So peaceful and the owners couldn’t be more kind. Electric, water, dump was a great extra. Russ was even kind enough to drive us to Walmart to get a plug we needed! They go out of their way to make you comfortable. Thank you for your hospitality on our overnight stay.
