We really enjoyed aour two night stay at this BW. Mike was fantastic and so accommodating. He met us out front when we arrived and escorted us back to where we were going to park. The offer of electric was a lifesaver since our battery was not functioning at all at that time. we were able to come and go as we please and the views of sunset over the wheat fields was spectacular. It was about a 45 minute ride to Traverse City and about the same amount if time to Sleeping Bear Dunes. We highly recommend tgis Boomdockers Welcome Host.

Okon Farm was just the sort of experience we HOPE for, but rarely get - it ticked ALL our boxes! Mike met us at the front of his property and guided us back to a place next to a bldg - nice shelter against some pretty strong winds that night! The farm was secluded, quiet, LEVEL, serene, and easy to access with our 42’ Class A + toad. It was centrally located to the area we were exploring (Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Northport, FishTown, Sutton’s Bay). We were able to stay 5 nights, and found out on the 3rd day that 50amp WAS available, so that was a bonus! But the biggest gem we found was the time our hosts have us to visit with THEM - they were such gracious hosts and very interesting people. We thoroughly enjoyed talking with them and sharing some goodies. This was a tetRIFIC stay for us - we will be back!
