We live 10 miles east of Durango, CO in a rural subdivision. Quiet and secluded. The elevation here is 7600’ and summer daytime temperatures are generally in the 70’s. The winters are brutal. We own a Class B RV.

We were greeted when we got there. Great people! Although the site was in a beautiful subdivision, getting in was not easy; there is a very narrow wooden bridge (10-12 width) and an immediate sharp left turn. Parking was very tight: Eight foot width max, and no slide outs would work. They offered us a sewer receptacle. I asked about electricity, and they offered it. We didn’t see them again until departure and offered to pay for electricity, but they declined to take payment. Good location for sightseeing and shopping. Good place to stay for a night or two. Also, twenty foot length is about the limit, and the site was reasonably level.
