Very easy access, with lots of turn around room— a large well drained and solid mowed field to park in. There is no water hookup, but water is available for fill up if need be--we are on a well so possibly at the end of a very dry summer we would not be able to accommodate. There is a pottery on the property, which is open to visitors by appointment only. Public beach access is available just a short walk away. We often get requests from people who wish to visit Seattle. We are a two to two-and-one-half hour drive from Seattle via a toll bridge or 40 minutes from the Bainbridge ferry to Seattle. Suggested Local Attractions:Saltwater activities abound, several nearby Puget Sound beaches and State parks for kayaking, beach combing, claming, fishing and hiking. Poulsbo is a great little Viking Village on the water to explore with restaurants, unique shops, kayak and SUP rentals, a small marine/aquarium, historical center, and four micro breweries—all within one and one-half mile from our location. Keyport Undersea Warfare Museum is minutes away.

Long-time cruisers, now splitting our time between the ocean and dry land. Details: Both of us are retired professionals who enjoy a quiet life, surrounded by family and grandchildren. We spend several months a year cruising on our sailboat and enjoy short fairly local trips in our RV during the winter months---preferably dry camping next to a stream or river in the woods. We have enjoyed hosting Boondockers and have met some lovely people. Home Town: Poulsbo Washington

Hi to Spirit of Freedom...and 'crew'. We couldn't have created and built our new camper door (after limping into your property with our locked door), without the help of All of your 'crew'! Thank you for your patience, great advice, and encouragement. A lovely spot to spend some time with lovely people. Ruth and Steve

I enjoyed these couple of days very much. Poulsbo is such a wonderful town and I couldn't have enjoyed my time with Pam, my host, more. Great place to visit.
