Location

Parking a trailer or fifth wheel requires proficiency in backing up. We’re on a hill with a narrow driveway, which gets pretty narrow between the garage and the side of the hill approaching the RV site. We can help you navigate, but unless you feel very confident about backing up a trailer for close to 100 Ft on a narrow driveway, this may present a problem for your stay.

We're retired and when not traveling in our RV, we're at our house overlooking the Tennessee River or spending time with our kids and grandkids in Northern VA. We have been RVing for more than four years now and we're on our second rig, a Leisure Travel Van 2020 Wonder RTB.

Great location overlooking the Tennessee River. Safe, quiet spot close to the house. Our welcoming hosts invited us to join them on the deck and they recommended local sites to visit including the Shiloh Memorial Park which is well worth a visit as it was the site of one of the decisive battles of the Civil War and the park is about 7000 acres, so it was a self driving illuminating tour.

From the time we arrived we were welcomed with open arms. We could see the besutiful Tennessee River frim our trailer. As stated the road is very narrow and you will have to back in, so make sure you are proficient in backing in. It is worth it to meet these fabulous hosts snd beautiful location. The sunsets are stunning. Until we meet again. Virginia and Bob

Was greeted by Phil n Peggy and welcomed to their beautiful property looking over the Tennessee River. We visited and watched some fireworks while our dogs Baby and Zoey got acquainted. The crickets and secadas sang along with the bullfrogs and I had the best sleep in weeks. Only wish we could have stayed longer but am sure planning to go back whem in the area.

Phil and Peggy where the best host. They were Accommodating and friendly. The site was perfect. it was shady and private with breathtaking views of the Tennessee river. They had 20, 30 and 50amp service and free water. The best Boondocker‘s Welcome we’ve stayed out so far. The driveway is a bit of a challenge for a camper or 5th wheel but our class a it was easy to pull right in and level perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay here, not only was the property on the TN River, (which was breathtaking) but the hosts were so kind and accommodating. I hope to stay there again and one day call them friends.
