Wonderful hosts. Their beautiful property is quiet, peaceful and safe. Communication a couple of days before our arrival was very prompt and precise, with them giving us specific directions and explaining their property layout to prepare us upon our arrival. Our intention was to stay at their location due to its close proximity to Silver Falls State Park, which is a must see for anyone traveling through Northwest Oregon. This was a great decision. Phil and Theresa are very friendly and courteous. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are passing through or visiting this majestic part of the country. Very welcoming hosts. Parking place for our 24’ Class B was level, quiet and very importantly, nice and dark after sunset. Easy access from I-5. Especially appreciated their Golden Retriever helping to entertain and wear out our dog after being cooped up traveling all day.

Phil and Theresa made my first BW experience delightful. Their golden Mollie is the most adorable pup! My dog was allowed to sprint around their fully-fenced property and they shared some spring salad greens too! They are great hosts and lovely people. I hope to visit again soon!

Wonderful hosts and perfect setting. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. PhilandTheresaL recommended places to hike and bike that were great. The area was fantastic with all the crops they grow there, Loved it. Would like to return some day.
