situated on the upper most corner of colonial beach on the bluff, we have magnificent views of the water (we are not directly on the water). It is 1 mile into the heart of the town where you will find lots of restaurants, live bands, and beautiful beaches. Bring your bikes or rent a golf cart at the local shops (must call in advance as they sell out quickly) Enjoy the season

House Rules
No smoking without proper disposal of buds. No dogs that are not well socialized and good with other dogs and people. The neighborhood is a quiet one and ask that our quests be quiet by 10pm - no loud music outside of your RV at all times or my neighbors will complain. Clean up after yourself And your pets

I am recently certified in mental health first aid, think of it as first responders for a mental health situation. I recently finished the interior of my shed turned pool house - so now I can use some power tools :).

Nice view and very quite and peacefully. Nicole was very helpful when our slide would not go in. She also had a 30 amp hook-up. She is a wonderful host. Town of Colonial Beach was only about 5 minutes away.

the host is just hands doen amazing. she is super nice and we had some great conversation. she set us up on the side of the house with a view of the bay. perfect for storm watching. super close to beach spots and local fun.

we spent a few nights here while visiting d.c. (a short trip away) and we were blown away by our hosts willingness to help with everything from where to go, what to see, and even a few necessities for the road. We spent time chatting about travels, and playing with her adorable dogs!
