Our property is about 4 miles north of Interstate 4, near Polk City. We have an acre of rural land with lots of trees. It is about 40 yards off the highway, and a thick row of trees provides a visual block. We have an automatic gate at the entrance, so it's private and safe. There is a hard-surface circular driveway where an RV can park. The ability to pull all the way around the circle will depend on the length of the RV and tow vehicle. Suggested Local Attractions:We are 20 miles from Disney, 18 from Legoland, 50 from the Gulf of Mexico and 65 from the Atlantic Ocean. All the fun of central Florida is easily within driving distance. Vaccinated guests, please.

Semi-Retired Teacher; New T@b Owner Details: I moved from Illinois to Florida 10 years ago, and I love it here! I've been a teacher all my life, and I still work a little in music education. Traveling has been an important part of my empty-nest life, but I've only recently jumped into RV ownership. I've been involved with vacation rentals for 10 years, and now I'm ready to share my wide open space with other RV owners. Home Town: My original hometown was in Central Illinois, but now I live near Polk City, FL. Favorite Boondocking Locations: I am new to camping, but I expect that my favorite places to boondock will be in the woods somewhere. Skills or Expertise to Share: I have a background in music and community theater. Fiber arts are something I enjoy; sewing, knitting, weaving, and silk painting. I also love to cook, bake, and garden. My farmgirl background has led to a love of nature and living in the country.

Although we just had a one night stay, our hosts Sally and Len made us feel welcome and comfortable. The site is near a main road, but feels tucked in and cozy among the pines. We enjoyed chatting with our hosts and would be happy to welcome them at our BW site one day. Terri & Steve 😺

Very friendly host and a great location to spend the night. Quiet but close to everything. Definitely would stay there again.

The property is beautiful, easy to find with GPS, safe and secure, and very peaceful. But the best part of all was meeting and talking with Len -- what a wonderful, warm, welcoming person! If they'll have us (we arrived well after dark, apparently a bit later than usual guests), I'm sure we'll stay again, and we'll look forward to meeting Sally also!
