Our property is about 4 miles north of Interstate 4, near Polk City. We have an acre of rural land with lots of trees. It is about 40 yards off the highway, and a thick row of trees provides a visual block. We have an automatic gate at the entrance, so it's private and safe. There is a hard-surface circular driveway where an RV can park. The ability to pull all the way around the circle will depend on the length of the RV and tow vehicle. Suggested Local Attractions:We are 20 miles from Disney, 18 from Legoland, 50 from the Gulf of Mexico and 65 from the Atlantic Ocean. All the fun of central Florida is easily within driving distance. Vaccinated guests, please.

Semi-Retired Teacher; New [email protected] Owner Details: I moved from Illinois to Florida 10 years ago, and I love it here! I've been a teacher all my life, and I still work a little in music education. Traveling has been an important part of my empty-nest life, but I've only recently jumped into RV ownership. I've been involved with vacation rentals for 10 years, and now I'm ready to share my wide open space with other RV owners. Home Town: My original hometown was in Central Illinois, but now I live near Polk City, FL. Favorite Boondocking Locations: I am new to camping, but I expect that my favorite places to boondock will be in the woods somewhere. Skills or Expertise to Share: I have a background in music and community theater. Fiber arts are something I enjoy; sewing, knitting, weaving, and silk painting. I also love to cook, bake, and garden. My farmgirl background has led to a love of nature and living in the country.

What a nice stay. The hosts were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. There is a gated entry which gives a bit of added security. Close to Orlando and all the attraction. Definitely will visit again.

Needed a last minute spot and Sally couldn't have been more welcoming with an easy spot, a happy hour glass of wine, and wonderful conversation. I will definitely be asking to visit again.

We had a wonderful time with Len and Jankee the Doodle. Len is an amazing, welcoming host and we just enjoyed our time with stories and his company. We could not have wished for a better first host in Florida! We arrived quite late, so Len welcomed us at the gate with a flashlight and headlight on so we easily found our way. A warm thank you for everything! We will be back and hopefully meet Sally next time!

Len and Sally were everything you want in hosts - friendly and welcoming, helpful, great to talk to, and they also give you plenty of space. They let me stay on Christmas Day and even invited me to join them for dinner (I declined because I would have felt bad intruding on their Christmas celebrations, but the invitation was much appreciated!). Their property is great and offers everything you need - 15A electric, water, wifi, and pet-friendly. Thanks again!
