Patricia was so welcoming. Giving us a tour of her lovely community as well as its history. she came prepared with tourist pamphlets outlining points of interest. she also allowed us to user her hydro, camp fire. very accommodating. The road is geavel and narrow so not suitable for bigger rigs.

We had such a lovely stay. The location is gorgeous, nestled in the maple bush, with a pond and sugar shack. Patricia and her brother Irene are welcoming hosts. Irene gave us a tour of the syrup operation. They made us feel so welcome.

Elizabeth was unable to be home but took the time to contact her brother to ask if he would settle us in. He was so friendly and accommodating…. Could not have been more welcoming. He gave us a tour of the family maple sugar business in a humorous and informative way. He then spent time going over our map and giving advice on our travels around Gaspesie. Our dogs were thrilled to walk on the trails on the property as well. We HIGHLY recommend this Boondockers welcome site!

Our friendly host gave us (and another boondocker staying there) an informative tour of their family run maple sugar bush and how they make it - complete with samples. Such a prtty spot to hike on their property, down to a river in the forest. Spring flowers and ferns were just stsrting to emerge.

We had a great time with Patricia and her brother, Irene. They were really good about conversing in English as my French is limited and Dale's is non existent. We were treated to fireworks at their annual community celebration and a tour through Irene's sugar shack.
