Paul and Sue’s farm was my first boondockers welcome experience. Very friendly people make you feel at home and the property itself is like something from HGTV. The bathroom in the horse barn is every bit as nice as a bathroom youd find in a house. The road off of I-81 to get there is not for the faint of heart however and I definitely support the size restrictions listed by the host. Perfect van/class B spot.

Paul and Sue are very gracious hosts. Not only is the property beautiful, complete with horses and deer, but 30AMP is available and the barn has a modern bathroom with shower available for use by the guests. That’s a rare treat! This is a topshelf Boondockers Welcome site for sure.
