I am located in a residential neighborhood 1 block off of the commercial main highway through the township. Motor home parking only. No Trailers. Suggested Local Attractions:Walmart store is 10 minutes away, located in a shopping center with a ShopRite grocery store, MacDonalds, Popeyes, Verizon store, and other shops. An Acme and a Lidl grocery stores are 5 minutes away. Local main road has many fast-food outlets as well as restaurants such as Appleby's. Commuter rail line to Philadelphia is located one mile away.

Home Town: My home is located in the Milmont Park area of Folsom, Ridley Township, Pennsylvania. Both Interstate 95 and Interstate 476 run through the township. Access to Interstate 476 is located within 5 minutes from my house. Access to Interstate 95 is located within 10 minutes from my house. Philadelphia International Airport is located within 15 minutes from my house. Historic downtown Philadelphia is located within 30 minutes from my house.

Paul is a lovely older gentleman, with his own beautiful RoadTek van, who makes it easy to stay at his little place. He generously offers 30 amp power and water with no fees. We also discussed the challenges of being older men so please understand he may be slow to respond. Thanks again, Paul, take care.

He is such a kind man! He allowed me to come get water and charge my batteries. I also spent the night in his quiet driveway and got a good sleep!

I had a great time talking to Paul he’s a really cool person. I enjoyed checking out his rig and talking to him. His neighborhood is nice and quiet and I had a nice time staying there, I would stay again. Thanks again for the Stay Paul.
