Unfortunately i have to put weight restrictions.I cannot host A class (pushers) RVs and 5th wheels over 34ft anymore.Im sorry,they are just too heavy for my ex-pasture/backyard .My yard just cant handle them.Also,preferbly no arrivals after dark,it gets pitchdark here so please plan accordingly.3 acres in rural palmetto but 2 minutes from 75 and 275 freeways,close to the beaches, 20 min to sarasota,10 min to ellenton outlet mall,30 minutes to st pete, 45 min to tampa,3.5 hours to ft lauderdale.Disclosure,many people have backyard gunranges here so the sound of shooting occurs here.Mostly on a sunday and not all sundays,but it does happen.

i dont wanna make too many rules...but im not interested in drunk people and/or loud music..no campfires and respect my property....you can have a drink,make a bbq,smoke,play music....just clean after you.I do not offer amenities.Bring the kids :-)....Publix supermarket is 1 minute away.Maybe 2 minutes.Also 2 gasstations and a dollar general.Bring your dog,clean after it,i have a dog also and she is allowed to roam,keep that in mind.Generators....only quiet ones allowed and can be run from 11pm ish till 6 am ish.No length restrictions,i have a big entrance.It used to be pasture so it can be a lil bit soft after a lot of rain.Longer stays can be requested to me in person.

acces roads are smaller and are asphalt...but will accommodate almost anything.except class A pusher RVs and 5th wheels 34ft and up,those i cant host,sorry.Sizewise yes but Just TOO heavy. 3 acres...2.5 acres of free space...its grass,used to be a pasture.Some trees.Turnarounds in my yard,no problem.Disclosure,many people have backyard gunranges here so the sound of shooting occurs here.Mostly on a sunday and not all sundays,but it does happen.

im 60.born in holland,been here 20 years...i camped since i was born, since i bought my ranch im not camping anymore but its always in my heart...and im on 3 acres...thought it would be nice to meet other people. Its just me and dog kali (a small great dane :-) )...my place is not really a ranch but thats what i like to call it....it was a farm and orangegrove and pasture years ago......it was neglected when i bought it and fixed it up past 5 years.

In February we stayed at Pauls Ranch for 5 nights. When we booked this spot we found out that Paul is also from the Netherlands. We also met a Dutch friend of Paul who also lives in the area. So that was fun! The spot is quiet and big! Paul created a dumping possibility and you can get water and get rid of your trash. If needed Paul also gan provide power. The first night is free. We really liked Pauls big dog Kayle.

Paul is one of those people who you hope to meet in your travels. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and most anything you need help with. We hope to be back next year and spend a longer visit.

This host site was, spacious, laid back, and peaceful. Paul was fun to communicate with. He was concerned that everyone was content with their site. We quickly made friends with two other couples. We definitely recommend.

This was a perfect place to stay. Lots of place to park. We filled up with water and dumped when we left. It was a quiet spot and our host made us feel very welcome. We did lots of exploring from here. Thank you for having us. We wish you well.
