We live on 100 acres 10km northwest of the Village of Teeswater. Currently we have one spot with 15amp. Your pets are welcome to be off leash - we have plenty of room to roam along with trails through our woodlot. There is a free municipal dump station 20 min south of us in Wingham. Access to local attractions will vary due to COVID. Though our region has not been severely impacted and will hopefully continue to open up more and more as this summer progresses - please come prepared to protect yourself and others with a mask if you plan to go into public places i.e. shopping & sightseeing. The oldest creamery in Ontario is in Teeswater with a country store and restaurant (breakfast & lunch). The crossroads at Holyrood are home to our post office/general store! They serve VERY generous helpings of ice cream with record sales of over 2000 tubs of ice cream in a year!! Lake Huron attractions abound within 1/2hr - 1hr. Kincardine, Port Elgin & Southampton each offer different experiences. The Bruce Nuclear Power station (the world's largest) is currently starting a huge upgrade which will continue to augment the rural and tourist aspects of our region. During the second and third weekends in the month of August there are two First Nations within 1hr - 1 1/2h that host powwows. One of your hosts has worked in one of these communities.

We spent two nights at this oasis in the middle of western Ontario farm country. Over 40 years, C&K have laboured to create this lovely, heavily treed property out of a once barren pasture. It is lovely, quiet and serene... just like the hosts who exude hospitality and are people you'll be glad to meet. A great stay.

We had a wonderful time thanks to our generous, welcoming hosts! This is what boondocking is all about - sharing stories, experiencing amazing properties that hosts are so generous to share with travelers. Highly recommended for all the right reasons! Paulette and Rod

Ehat an amazing location K&C have. From the time you drive down the secluded driveway thru the trees you knew you were somewhere special. We were welcomed with open arms and were directed to a lovelt spot complete with picnic table. The location is wonderful, were sble to visit local towns and were able to kayak. So peaceful and serene. Georgeous gardens . We even saw some deer. Great conversations andbwe had a hard time leaving. Until we meet again. Thank you
