You'd be parking in the back of my property. My backyard is fenced, but you're welcome to open the gate and use the backyard for your pets - YOU MUST CLEAN UP DOG POOP. Fire pit in the backyard is available, just please check with me first in case I was planning on using it. I could possibly run extension cord for 15 amp service. Water hookup on back porch is about 100 feet from parking area. You can link to my white drinking water safe hose if it helps. Donations for firewood would be appreciated. No donations for water, but you might not be able to reach it without enough hose anyway. Less than a mile walk to downtown Phoenixville with all the breweries and restaurants. Walking distance to Taco Bell. Very close to major grocery and convenience store with gas. Suggested Local Attractions:Bars, breweries, restaurants. Hiking trails.

House Rules

No generators after 10 unless you pull in late and need to charge up batteries. Common sense - if you're generator is quiet, then nobody will care. Louder generators should only be run before 10pm. You MUST clean up your dog's poop IMMEDIATELY after it poops. You can't wait until tomorrow to clean up the dog poop. Thank you!

Location

Access Road Conditions: Parking area is gravel. Not completely level. No height restrictions. Only a couple blocks off of route 23, a major road. Relatively tight neighborhood roads, but totally passable for the size rigs that are welcomed. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Can fit class As, Bs, and Cs uo to 30 feet. It will be tight for a thirty footer, but definitely doable. Can fit travel trailers up to 30 feet, but tow vehicles will have to unhook and park next to the trailer. If you're rig is a little larger, you're welcome to see if you can fit it diagonally, but please don't go far out of your way to find out. No promises on rigs over 30'.

Skills or Expertise to Share: Certified aircraft mechanic. Pretty handy and good at troubleshooting, but certainly no guarantees!
