Hey I'm Phil. I am a Boondocker Host outside of Charlotte, NC in a town called Mooresville. I bought some land a few years back and decided to share it with those folks who travel around the country in their RVs in hopes to meet great people. I also hope to travel soon in my 5th wheel and do the same.

We couldn't get into the driveway with our huge truck etc... very sad. It looked like a nice place.

Phil was a great host, very responsive to our texts and helpful when we arrived. We were delighted to be able to stay multiple nights, as we were visiting family in Mooresville. Enjoyed the unexpected quiet serenity and watching the butterflies, dragonflies, bats - and the aircraft vectoring into Charlotte Douglas (CLT). 😉 Watch carefully as you trun in & out, driveway is a little narrow coming off the road.

Easy to get to and private. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Philip is a very easy person to deal with and a good communicator. I had a peaceful night and having power to use the AC on a hot night was definitely a nice thing. I will gladly go back.

Very peaceful. Out in the country but close to town. Never met Philip, but text messages told us all we needed to know. $15/night electric is on the high side (we used about 80 kWh in 3 days = about $10), but Philip provided 2 50A extension cords, which I'm sure are not cheap and were very helpful to us, and he has 30A and 50A service available.
