We have a guest home and an extra lot across the street from our home. The empty lot has a double car concrete pad. Boondockers may use the empty lot for parking, and depending on the occupancy of the guest house, should be able to connect to water, electric ($5), and WiFi from the guest house. The lot is near the end of a culdesac. This lot does have an old foundation from a previous home. Our town has a donation RV dump about a mile from our place. Suggested Local Attractions:The North Fork of the Clearwater is one of our favorite places. There are many atv trails. We have a small museum that’s open during the summer. There’s also a municipal pool that’s open M-F. We also love floating the main fork of the Clearwater River. There are plenty of places to hike, fish, and hunt nearby. In winter we have a great little ski hill just outside town called Bald Mountain.
