In the country, but on the edge of Fort Wayne. Close access to shopping and amenities. Minutes from a couple of malls and downtown. My better half is a clay artist, so you are welcome to check out her studio, and the latest creations! Suggested Local Attractions:A very short walk, is the Veterans Memorial, paying tribute to Veterans of all services and conflicts. There is a small museum, that is open occasionally. One of the local Harley shops, is a short drive and is well appointed! So many local things, a wonderful Zoo, Botanical Conservatory, Science Central (for the kiddos), The museum of Art, The Firefighters museum, etc. For the hikers, we have a trail system, many parks ( a very nice one around the corner!), or just tromp around the property and neighborhood! Then through the year, there are a few festivals! Three rivers festival, home to the ribfest!, usually shortly after the forth of July. Johnny Appleseed festival in the fall, displaying talents of years past.

Mark greeted us on arrival and helped us park. We had a great chat with Mark and Kathy. And we also got a beautiful piece of pottery and fresh eggs.

Mark and Cathy made us feel like we were welcome guests. Cathy met us when we pulled in told us where we should park. The space was large enough for our 38 ft motorhome. We hooked up to the electric and the water, then enjoyed our stay. The only downside was that rained the next two days. Thank you so much Mark and Cathy for you hospitality.

The hosts were fantastic and very accommodating even with me arriving late due to a bit of a snafu with some bad gas on my way there. Mark met wlme when I arrived and helped me get parked and hooked up. We spent a while chatting and sharing stories of some of our adventures and misadventures. Didn't see it but I got to hear someone landing either a small plane or maybe paraglider or something in the little air strip, which was neat. The location is really convenient if you're traveling on I-69 or US-30 too. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a stay in the area and I would absolutely stay here again.
