In the country, but on the edge of Fort Wayne. Close access to shopping and amenities. Minutes from a couple of malls and downtown. My better half is a clay artist, so you are welcome to check out her studio, and the latest creations! Suggested Local Attractions:A very short walk, is the Veterans Memorial, paying tribute to Veterans of all services and conflicts. There is a small museum, that is open occasionally. One of the local Harley shops, is a short drive and is well appointed! So many local things, a wonderful Zoo, Botanical Conservatory, Science Central (for the kiddos), The museum of Art, The Firefighters museum, etc. For the hikers, we have a trail system, many parks ( a very nice one around the corner!), or just tromp around the property and neighborhood! Then through the year, there are a few festivals! Three rivers festival, home to the ribfest!, usually shortly after the forth of July. Johnny Appleseed festival in the fall, displaying talents of years past.

We were in a bind with weather delay and the hosts were so accommodating- they allowed us to stay put another day. we were so thankful to not to have to drive in the wind coming up from the south. the property is amazing- my oup loved the horses next door. we also enjoyed the jingle from the museum around 9pm. we would definitely stay here again.

Mark and Kathy were more than welcoming and after let me get setup behind their hangar/barn. Paved pad to set up on and pretty level. They offered electric but didnt need it. Loved that I could wake up to a great view. Their cat 130 is so adorably fluffy and welcoming too! I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

This was my first stay with Boondockers. I was pleasantly surprised how nice of a set up this stay was. the host was very quick with all responses. Getting in and out of the parking spot was relatively easy. Host guided us in and made sure we were parked best to be level. He offered us water, which we did not need and 50 amp service of which we used. I spent over an hour discussing his and my travels and had very good conversation. We only stayed for one night but it exceeded all of my expectations. It was a very quiet and scenic location. The host was a very giving person and dedicated to making his visitors comfortable. Plenty of room to walk our pup out behind the building. Defiantly a must stay when in the area!

Mark and Cathy were wonderful! Cathy met us to direct us and offer choices for parking. We had wonderful conversations and shared stories. They provided electricity and offered water hookup - Mark refused payment! Cathy has lovely pottery art pieces; I purchased a lovely bowl. Mark brought us cucumbers and Cathy shared her delicious homemade zucchini cheese bread. We were so comfortable with them. One warning - the address numbers go up about 200 numbers per house so the address came upon us quicker than we expected; you will need to swing wide to enter the drive (especially with a MH towing). Thank you Mark and Cathy!

Thanks Mark for allowing me to stay on your property. I enjoyed my conversation with Mark about aviation, RVs and life in general. Mark offered a 50 amp connection and water, but I opted not to since this was my second night in my new class B and I wanted to see how it operated on just the battery. I stayed on a nice shady cement pad with a great view of the grass runways. Great place to stay in the Fort Wayne area. Thanks again Mark!
