We have a ~1 acre field mowed and ready for you to come enjoy on the Pine River! Our field is at the end of a paved road just before it curves around and becomes dirt. We get very little traffic out here so it is very quiet. It is easy to turn into here. You are welcome to park your rig wherever you'd like. The field is fairly flat not super bumpy and shouldn't be a problem to get leveled. There is not much shade here which is great if you have solar. You can walk or ride your bikes down the road or walk on our river trail and go down to the lower bank to fish. We get lots of wildlife here and it is relaxing just to sit and watch the river and listen to the birds. You might even get to see an eagle fly by or a deer jump in the water. Verizon is pretty good here. At the time of this posting I'm getting 32.2 down but up is very poor at .27. I have been able to work from here and stream TV. There is a campground 6.5 miles away which has a dump station ($15?) or the Midland Waste Water Treatment Plant has a free dump that is 14 miles away. "Town" is about 15-25 minutes away where there are many grocery stores (Costco ,Kroger, Family Fare, Aldi, Walmart or Mejier (local grocery)), auto and home improvement stores, and many chain and some local restaurants. Things to do: - Go to a Loons Game (single A baseball, affiliate of LA Dodgers) - Visit the Tridge, Dow Gardens, Whiting Forest, Center for the Arts, Santa House - Exercise on the Rail Trail or Chippawa Nature Center - Visit Bay City for the River Walk or Bay City State Park to check out the Saginaw Bay - Watch dirt track racing at Tri City Motor Speedway

Two people that love to travel and see what the world has to offer Details: Hello, We are Kyle and Nicole. We are from Michigan and love to travel. Covid grounded us and made us examine our life a little differently. We started to look more at the things we value and realized travel is who we are and life is too short. We purchased our camper in November 2020 and booked trips in Michigan in December, January and February. Everybody thought we were crazy to be camping in the winter in Michigan (-20 degrees and feet of snow) but we loved it... and also had a campground all to ourselves! We started making videos of our trips and posting on youtube to share natures beauty with anyone who wanted to see (our channel is https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC3ZMFpN2fBVJ4E3ZnHNtnwg). As of July 2023, we've been able to camp in 39 states, four Canadian provinces, and two Mexican states! Skills or Expertise to Share: Kyle's professional experience is in chemical operating and Nicole's is in chemical customer service and supply chain. We've traveled nationally and internationally for over a decade now. We also enjoy saltwater reef keeping but gave up the hobby to travel.

Hosts were wonderful. Fast response and great communication. They met us at the location and were very pleasant and we enjoyed their conversations. Nice level area and easy in and out. Very peaceful location. We enjoyed our 1 night very much. I would love to come back when in the area.

nicole and Kyle are great people. i told them when i would arrive and i was a few minutes late but they were there patiently waiting at the property for me. nicoke brought my 3 pups a cupcake and one for me as well. pups had then devoured in less than a minute. mine was delicious for breakfast. nice quiet spot to park. pretty level, view of the river. there is a trail next to the lot to get access to the river. they have a picnic table and firepit for use. place is pitch black at night do on a clear night the sky is beautiful. thank you Kyle and Nicole. will definitely stop by again.

This is a beautiful camping spot, peaceful, and quiet! Nicki was terrific and had a yummy gift for us. We had a small electrical problem and she got us numbers to call for a repair. We would certainly visit again!
