ADULTS ONLY PLEASE. Unfortunately, since this covid thing has really screwed up the entire world, we do request that ALL guests be FULLY VACCINATED. We won't be checking your papers.. but trust that you will abide by this request. My wife and I are both Vaccinated and have gotten the Boosters and the 2nd Booster [ Pfiser] & are comfortable being around other vaccinated persons. However; If you are NOT vaccinated we would prefer you to choose some other host. Thanks in advance for your consideration. NO SCREAMING CHILDREN or Babies... Including Grandchildren. This is a rule, not a request. Pets on leash at all times, for you and your pets well being. NO Yappy or Barking Dogs! If you have a dog that won't shut up... let's just say we don't find that to be "Cute". We DO have a dog, a Rat Terrier/Mix female that is people and "other dog" friendly for the most part. Cigarette Smoking is a Super BIG NO - NO MATTER WHAT! VAPING & e-Cigarettes are frowned upon. Please don't do it here. Having said that.... A good quality Cigar, on the other hand, "occasionally", and especially in the evening with a vintage adult beverage, preferably a 12-year-old or older, Single Malt Scotch, is always a welcome scenario. I am a Scotch and Macanudo man myself. 👍😎 (If you chain smoke Cigars... well, that may be a little too much and you might want to seek medical help!) Religion, Politics and conversations about them are verboten! (Put that on the same level as Cigarettes) Please; keep those thoughts and opinions to yourself. Proselytism in any form will not be tolerated! FYI: Ham Radio is spoken here: WB2PSB Re: Garbage, our containers are limited. Best rule is: "If you pack it in .. pack it out." THANKS for understanding and following our house rules. We look forward to your visit, getting to know each other and hopefully, enjoying each others company.
Access Road Conditions: All roads leading to and from our location are well-maintained asphalt. There are NO speed humps on the streets leading up to our street, fingers crossed we never get them!!! Most size rigs can easily access the area. But; be warned!!! If you go too far past our location...you will likely have to release the "Towed" to turn around in the Cul-te-sac at the end of the street. It is a small turn around and you will probably have to do some backing and jockying to get a larger rig or TT turned around. Your rig parking area is in the front of the property on a large gravel parking area. It does list a few degrees from the road going toward the house, so you will need leveling jacks or blocks of some sort when you set up. When available there is a level "pad" on the left side drive, when facing the house, that has a 50/30/120vac and water and a sewer connection suitable for dumping your tanks. If used, please clean up after yourself. This IS our HOME...not a public campground. Thanks! Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Off Street -- Toad parking is available.

Steiph & Jenna Zargon.... We are now in our 70's - Retired and Looking forward to exploring the US and Canada! Details: I Steiph was a commercial photographer in one of my previous lives, and am currently masquerading as a Quenticential Renaissance Man, Master Alchemist, and Most Majikal & Wonderous Wizzard. I still enjoy Photography, fine woodworking, woodturning other artistic endeavors. I am also a Ham Radio enthusiast, WB2PSB, and carry a "Shack-In-The-Box" in our RV and try to use it as much as time and wife will allow. My lovely wife, Jenna, "The BOSS" and clearly "Better Half of Me", was an Accountant in her former life and likes to read voraciously, and enjoys creating original designs in Silver Jewelry. She enjoys traveling and seeking out those things that must be seen and done along the way. We both enjoy Shopping, Museums, local Culture and Architecture, Art of all kinds and interesting "food finds". We're gonna try and hit some of those "Tripple DDD's" we've seen on TV.. or as much as our bodies can handle without too many catastrophic or deleterious effects. Home Town: When we are not traveling in our RV, a 30 ft. Class A, our HOME is Hendersonville, NC , We recently moved into a brand newly constructed home here and are looking forward to continuing being a BW Host here. Favorite Boondocking Locations: WE really enjoy the BLM in Arizona and our annual trip to Quartzite for the Quartzfest Ham Radio, week long event. Nothing quite like the desert spring in Jan & Feb... then to places North Please, til the cool weather returns. Skills or Expertise to Share: I am a MacCentric computer person & have worked as a Mac Consultant in the past. Recovery & Maintenance software and home network installs. Also extremely handy with all things woodworking, & I'm fairly handy with a mechanics wrench. I've done most of the "mods" on our RV and could advise and assist others. I have worked as an electrician, carpenter, Professional Photographer, Plumber, Wood Artist and so much more...! Growing up on "the Farm" I pretty much had to know how to do almost everything, from planting & harvesting crops, to Animal Husbandry and all things in-between. So... if you have an issue with almost anything... I might have an answer or solution... and of course, always an opinion. ;-D

I really enjoyed the view through the back, and the area was nice and quiet so if sleeping in is an option for you there won't be any problems here. The pull in has a steep pitch but the pad is solid and level. We stayed over for the full 3 night allotment to attend a VFW convention in Asheville. The location was great for that and the set up is the best we've had anywhere. I brought some good cigars for the host which were graciously accepted as a tip. I would definitely recommend this spot!

Very convenient to town and great location to visit Biltmore. Having all three utilities was a giant plus. Once you get past the slope in the driveway, the pad is concrete and very level. The host was very helpful and very nice. We very much enjoyed our stay while waiting out the storm. We definitely would go back if we were back in the area. So much to see in this area, location is near the Blue Ridge Parkway.

I stayed for two nights at “Planet Zargon" (Zargon being the hosts' last name) in early November. I can’t say enough kind things about Zargon (which he said is what most people call him), and the site is amazing. He moved his RV out of the way to provide a parking space for my truck and travel trailer. The space is a concrete pad, perfectly level, with 50 amp, 30 amp, and 20 amp electric service right there. He also has a clean out T, and he even keeps a potable drinking water hose hooked up to fill your tanks if you need it. The communication with him was terrific, and as I pulled up, he met me outside and helped guide me as I backed the trailer down the driveway. The house was easy to find using GPS, and it’s very convenient to the highway. It’s about 30 minutes south of Asheville, which is where I went to tour Biltmore house. All in all, it was a perfect experience, and I highly recommend “Planet Zargon“ if you’re looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay.

With a friendly host, a great setup, and some wonder sunset views, this is a great place to stay if you're in the Asheville, NC area (Hendersonville is basically the next town south on I-26). We spent a quiet and safe night in a pleasant neighborhood with a solid 3 bars of Verizon signal. There's no doubt we would stay again.
