We have just over an acre of land. A circular, mostly gravel, driveway and lots of grass. There is a leash-free dog park just down the road. We have beautiful sunsets. The Leamington Marina is not far. We are on Lake Erie. Biking paths throughout the town and down to and into Point Pelee National Park, which is the birding capital of Canada. The park entrance is about 7 km away and "the Point" is about another 7 km inside the park. Suggested Local Attractions: Point Pelee National Park is down the road and there is a ferry that you can take to visit Pelee Island, the southernmost tip of Canada (you have to make reservations ahead of time)! Lots of wineries, fruit and veggie stands, arts and crafts stores, as well as large stores like Walmart and Superstores. Some unique local attractions as well.

Larry and Erica were fantastic. He showed me a couple of the projects that he is working and I was very impressed!!! Great place to stay when visiting the Point Pelee NP and surriunding area.

Great place to stay. Larry gave us great directions and also some power for our rv. We got in late so didn’t get to see the antique motorhome he is restoring. Easy access and level parking area. Will definitely stay there again. Thank you

super friendly host who is restoring a 50s Flexble bus into a motorhome....very Quiet and close to Pelee Nation Park for day excursion and Pelee island. Five star stay home away from home

A nice flat spot for two nights allowing us for a full day at Point Pellee Park. Would highly recommend such a great location. Thank you for allowing us to stay.
