My stay at Poor Farm was so enjoyable. The site is peaceful and private. The hosts went above and beyond to assure my comfort. I so enjoyed talking to them and learning that they are newly weds. I recommend these hosts and wish them a future full of joy and happy travels.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the poor farm. Henry was a dynamite guy. We were very comfortable and it was very quiet. He was kind enough to allow us to hook up to 50 amp. We were thankful because it was pretty cold in the morning. I absolutely recommend this day and we would love to come back sometime.

This host property is a great little hidden gem tucked away on the outskirts of Fayetteville! Directions to get to the property were well described, even the alert to swing wide to get into the drive. It is a one vehicle driveway but I got our 26ft camper and F150 in with no worries. Our host guided me in and told me where to setup. He graciously provided 30 amp service and water at no cost. He also opened up his back property cabin so we could use the bathroom and shower which was very cool! We spent some time talking about his experiences in the army (tank commander) and some of his tales were very cool. We talked about family and some camping experiences he has had in his motorhome. The property itself was very quiet, serene, and one of the neighbors had goats and chickens which were awesome to watch play! The parking area was grass but had loads of gravel underneath so no rutting or chance of getting stuck in the rains. This spot allowed us to take care of some family business over the week and still enjoy a quiet spot to retreat to and regroup each night. If you’re interested in a nice and quiet stay you will want to check this spot out. We will definitely reach out when we take the camper up to NW Arkansas in the future!

Henry is a wonderful host. We actually got stuck in his driveway with our 43 ft motorhome but a wrecker winched us out. Henry shared with us about his service in Viet Nam and we thanked him for his service. He also let us take showers in his cabin which was very nice.

Henry is the nicest, most hospital host. very convenient to anywhere in Fayetteville you need to go. No charge electricity an unexpected bonus. Definitely recommend.
