It's fine for overnight stay but there is not enough room for outdoor furniture or grilling BUT beach side picnic, grills, tables and the gulf of Mexico just 2 minute drive away. Boat ramp. If you want to use electricity and water we ask $5/stay. If we are not present, please drop mailbox by front door. Sorry, no pets. Suggested Local Attractions:Beaches, golfing, shopping, boating.

Access Road Conditions: Level. Back in. No overhead restrictions. Easy access. Feel free to pull in if we are not home. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Can be parked in front of rig or in driveway. PLEASE DO NOT USE THE WATER HOSE MOUNTED ON THE FENCE. IT'S NON-POTABLE! WATER HOSE FOR YOU TO USE IS LAYING IN THE FRONT YARD.

Love the outdoors Details: My husband and I fell in love with "luxury camping" when we travel with our RV. Love to meet new people and save a buck or two. Home Town: Venice, Florida Favorite Boondocking Locations: Pacific coast. Skills or Expertise to Share: Avid travellers. We also have a workshop in the garage with a good asortment of tools for minor repairs.

this site….level and room enough for our 25’ RV plus Mini Cooper. Good neighborhood, quiet. Easy in/out. Host was cordial so we would definitely stay again!

Great spot for a quiet night sleep before heading out. I didn’t get to meet the hosts but it was perfect to be able to fill up on water and be close to the city the next morning!

Easy access, 30/50 amp plug, good walk to the beach, restaurants nearby. Great place to stop for a night.
