My husband, Ken, and I live in Northern California. We are both retired. Our property is located 15 miles outside of Chico, CA. and 14 miles from Ishi Wilderness. (Accessable by ATV/UTV or high clearance 4x4). We enjoy the quiet and peaceful atmosphere that our property provides. Our hobbies include UTV rides, restoring vintage trailers, and playing music. The 3rd Saturday of each month will find one or both of us playing music at our local open mic. So, come relax and enjoy the quiet that a private camp spot can provide.

I totally enjoyed staying with K & K. They have done amazing things with their property to allow multiple people to camp at one time. The parking pad was level the electricity and water were easily accessible, and my house were quite kind and allowing me to change my dates when something came up. Highly recommend you visit these wonderful people.

We stayed 3 nights with Kathy and Ken. They were wonderful hosts, welcoming and attentive to details. They have a lovely property that they are developing for camping. We had a spot with water and electricity. A dump site is available. There are several places to choose from with different ranges of "level" and maneuverability. We had an easy in, easy out, level spot with no parking issues. We shared a couple evenings by the big firepit, visiting with Kathy and Ken and discovering that we were from the same hometown as Ken! We will definitely come here again if we ever find ourselves in the Chico area. What a great time we had there!

Peaceful quiet location in the pine forest where it's cool and mostly shady. Several sites to choose from, but I chose the driveway to get some sun for my solar. Lovely bonfire spot, with wood available. Watched the deer play. Thank you Kathy and Ken for my four nights in the woods!
