We are just 4 miles SE of downtown and outside the city limits. There is a nice view of Pikes Peak which is about 50 miles to the NW. Pueblo Weisbrod Aircraft Museum is the favorite attraction for me but I volunteer there. If you like military aircraft, vehicles and aviation history you will like the air museum. Location
Access Road Conditions: Paved asphalt to boondock space and level grass easement. Access from highway to the residential street has a dip which might drag certain lower clearance trailers unless taken at an angle. The 4 lane Highway is usually not very busy and the residential street is a bit narrower than typical (16') so occasional oncoming vehicles could be a little challenge. There are a couple of trees along the street with low branches to avoid on the way out for rigs over 8 feet in height. You can easily steer around them. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: There are a couple of options. Near to your rig on the grass or the gravel RV parking spot. Gravel parking is 62 feet x 15 feet so you could park there with the complete rig if you disconnect. We restrict longer than 30 feet due to the difficulty of getting longer rigs into the RV parking spot. Backing in recommended on the gravel parking. It is not a pull-thru. If electric is required we have a 30 Amp RV plus 20 Amp household receptacles at the parking space.

The host was so friendly and we carried on talking for almost an hour upon our arrival. If you want to know more about airplanes, he knows so much and it was so interesting to learn about (he has a brochure of the airplane museum in pueblo!)The site was perfectly level and we had both the option for water and a 30AMP service. It is a quiet spot in a small neighborhood and felt super private. If you need a place to stop through this one is great!

Karla and Rex are amazing hosts, and really made our stay in Pueblo special. Their guest spot is great, with a view of Pikes Peak. Rex gave a great tour of the Pueblo Air Museum, and we really enjoyed meeting Soup, their African tortoise. We're looking forward to returning!!

We had a wonderful time at Pueblo Pikes Peak View - Rex and Karla were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Karla introduced us to their pet tortoise Soup and Rex gave us an awesome tour of the Pueblo Aircraft Museum where he volunteers (highly recommended). The spot itself is perfect - level, easy hookups, and a great view. Can't say enough about these awesome people and their spot!

Rex and Karla are great hosts and we enjoyed staying on their property a second time to visit our daughter who is attending CSU Pueblo. This location feels like country with a nice view but is close to town and local farms. We visited the Pueblo Aircraft Museum this time and highly recommend it!

Great communications and directions and easy access. Karla and Rex were so kind and made sure my pup and I had everything we needed. Gorgeous view of Pikes Peak and the Rampart Range. Canadian geese flying 10' above my head in perfect formations. Quiet, peaceful, scenic which was a perfect stopover for me.
