I am a solo fulltime camper traveling the Lewis and Clark Trail in an 18 foot long van conversion. I have solar and water on board and can manage without hookups. Communications before arrival were excellent and I had no trouble finding the exact location to park. Easy access to the campsite. The ranch is also a wedding venue, and a horse property, and is located along the Lobo Creek. The host and hostess were very welcoming and helpful. Their property is very close to Travelers Rest and Missoula, in Montana. I was welcomed and invited to walk along the roads and paths on the property. Friendly dogs including a black Newfoundland that looks like Seaman, Lewis’ dog. He came up to me wet and wagging his tail. I received an invitation to return by the host. (I plan to do that). I visited in June 2022, and stayed for two nights.

Everything was perfect. Hosts were friendly and accommodating, space was great and was adjacent to the horse corral, which was very cool. We felt very safe. Hookups were a huge plus, but we didn't end up needing to use them because the overnight temps were perfect. Would highly recommend.

We had an incredible time in this awesome location. Fabulous hikes and great views. The hosts, Betsy and Joe were so very welcoming. Hearts and souls revived following our 2 day stay. EASY in and out and superb communication from the hosts. Stay HERE! Oh - don't come by way of Petty Creek Rd. When we came there was construction and mud ;)
