We are a private residence located in Tonopah, AZ. Lots of ATV riding close by. Great place to be in the cooler months. Located 3 miles from I-10 exit 103 where there is a TA Truck Stop with gas and diesel. 30A/50A and water available. No dump. We have coyotes that yap at night and a near by rooster with a broken watch. There can be ATVs and loud music at times, mostly on the weekends. They are not on our property, but sound travels well in the country. Beautiful night sky with little light pollution. ATVs can be ridden right from your camp. We still work and will likely not be here when you arrive. Parking is easy, but it does get dark out here. If you are challenged with backing up, we will get you to a pull through spot. Please bring cash for the use of electric. We do not accept Zelle or Venmo. ****PLEASE INDICATE WHAT YOUR ELECTRIC PREFERENCE IS WHEN MAKING REQUEST.****

We stayed here for three nights, Dwayne was really great at communicating with us for directions and where to park. He also left us his adspyfor the 50A ehich was really appreciated. We had water and electrical, which was really wonderful. He did warn us about some local stray dogs wandering around and getting all the other dogs barking, and it happens. Usual by bedtime they stopped. Other then that, lots of places to walk, great place to just relax and soak up some sun. We drove out to explore the Gillipsie Dam, went for lunch at a taco truck in Tonopah. There is also a lovely Monastery not to far away that can be toured.

The instructions were good to get to the property. Just be looking for the road name and remember it is gravel. The road has some low spots but there was room for the motorhome to avoid them. Pulling in and parking was easy since the drive goes all the way around the house and building. Mostly level but we did use a couple of blocks on one side. The owners dogs were very loud since we parked by their yard but they quieted down pretty quickly and the kids enjoyed being able to watch them play. Turbo is quite the fetching dog which was also fun for the kids. Yes. There was music but it didn't go too late and we did here some other dogs barking at times but the friendly hosts, electric/water, great open space and amazing sunset views more than made up for it. We would stay here again!!

We stayed for 2 nights for a doctor's appointment in nearby Glendale. Easy on/off I 10. Level parking and very easy to access from the street. Communication was prompt. There were a few dogs you could hear but otherwise quiet once darkness fell. We appreciated the electric hookup!!

We were given the option to stay by the fence but there was another RV there, so we backed in by the barn. It was a nice shaded spot with 50amp and a nice view out the front to the desert. Our hosts, Dwayne and Patricia, were very welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.
